  Économie sociale et solidaire dans un contexte de multiculturalité, diversité et développement territorial

  L'objectif de ce colloque international est de favoriser la comparaison internationale de travaux théoriques et de recherches interdisciplinaires sur le rôle des initiatives d'économie sociale et solidaire joué dans les récentes conceptions du développement et notamment du nouveau paradigme du développement territorial. Il s’agit donc, à partir des pratiques locales ou nationales, de rendre compte des liens entre pluralité économique, pluralité culturelle et espace public démocratique et de l’importance que prend la communication pour renforcer les nouvelles stratégies de développement. Le débat académique autour de ces thématiques tentera d’apporter une plus grande compréhension de la réalité de nos sociétés marquées par une crise économique majeure et une défiance de plus en plus forte vis à vis des gouvernants et des institutions traditionnelles.

  For a transnational study of the press in foreign languages

  Transfopress meeting II

  The TRANSFOPRESS project, initiated by Diana Cooper-Richet in 2012, aims at coordinating studies on the press in foreign languages published in different countries and getting researchers from different fields to work together to identify, organize and analyze this particular corpus of neglected documents. The second TRANSFOPRESS MEETING (II) follows up the RENCONTRE TRANSFOPRESS I which took place in November 2013, at the Bibliothèque nationale de France (BnF), in Paris. Its objective is to bring together all the colleagues concerned by the project to present their findings.

  Digital Humanities and E-Science

  The 1st Workshop on Digital Humanities and e-Science will be held as part of e-Science 2014, with the endorsement of AHDig. The motivation for this workshop starts at the realization that there is an intersection between Digital Humanities and e-Science. The workshop proposes to explore the extent of this intersection, aiming at expanding the common ground, even if the communities have not agreed upon the exact boundaries. With this in mind, this event will present and discuss research in the Humanities with intensive participation of computer resources.
