Colloque franco espagnol sur les transitions sociales et environnementales du tourisme
L’évènement vise à réunir les chercheurs francophones et hispanophones en sciences sociales qui travaillent sur les questions du tourisme afin d’entamer ou de consolider des dynamiques de recherches transfrontalières autour de cet objet d’étude entre la France et l’Espagne. Ainsi, les communications pourront être effectuées dans les deux langues. La première journée s’orientera sur la thématique des « défis sociaux des sociétés mises en tourisme ». Tandis que la seconde journée, dans une logique de continuité, visera à « penser les transformations du tourisme au-delà du greenwashing ».

Élites femeninas secundarias en la trama sociopolítica (Castilla y Navarra, siglos X-XV): agencia o subordinación
La journée propose une réflexion collective sur la place, le rôle et la visibilité des élites féminines secondaires dans la trame sociopolitique des royaumes de Castille et de Navarre entre le XIIIe et le XVe siècle. En croisant les approches historiques, philologiques et culturelles, cette rencontre vise à questionner les formes d’agence et de subordination des femmes dans les structures de pouvoir médiévales, et à contribuer à une ligne de recherche internationale en études médiévales et de genre.

Interactions : Agir et réagir en contexte d’interculturalité et d’interdisciplinarité
Les membres issus de différents axes de trois unités de recherche – Études romanes (CRIIA-REDES), CRPM (Centre de Recherches Pluridisciplinaires Multilingues) et CREA (Centre de Recherches Anglophones) – du Département de LEA (Langues étrangères appliquées) de l’Université Paris Nanterre proposent une thématique transversale pour leur première rencontre internationale : Interactions : agir et réagir en contexte d’interculturalité et d’interdisciplinarité. Ces mouvements – l’agir et le réagir – ont été largement étudiés dans diverses disciplines, telles que la sociologie, les études culturelles, la linguistique ou encore la didactique. L’objectif de ce colloque sera d’interroger les différents aspects de l’interaction autour de trois axes : (socio-)culturel, linguistique et didactique. Il s’adresse aux enseignants, aux chercheurs et aux praticiens de langues souhaitant approfondir la problématique de l’interaction.

On the occasion of the Manuel de Falla Year (1876–1946), marking the 150th anniversary of his birth, the Department of Musicology at the Conservatori Superior de Música de les Illes Balears and the Department of Historical Sciences and Theory of the Arts at the Universitat de les Illes Balears are organising this International Conference. Taking Falla’s stay in Mallorca as its point of departure, the conference aims to encourage reflection on issues related to the arts and European culture in the context of the 1930s.

Work, Health, and Environment between Knowledge and Power (19th–21st Centuries)
This conference seeks to be a multidisciplinary forum (history, sociology, geography, medicine, anthropology, etc.) devoted to analysing the knowledge, practices, and repertoires of action arising from these mobilisations. It welcomes diverse historical and geographical contexts, especially beyond countries of early industrialisation, to document and map past and present struggles against harmfulness.

In May 2027, the DeCoLa programme at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law will host the fourth edition of its Decolonial Comparative Law Workshop series in Cameroon. Organised in partnership with the Fondation Afric’Avenir, this edition seeks to rethink the divide between the formal and informal economy through a decolonial comparative legal approach. It also aims to contribute to the consolidation of a decolonial comparative law community across the African continent and beyond.

Mémoires des conflits, conflits de mémoires
Approche pluridisciplinaire des récits et représentations mémoriels contemporains de l’expérience concentrationnaire et répressive en Europe (1933-1945)
Cette journée d’étude porte sur la manière dont les discours contemporains (re)fabriquent la mémoire. Ils sont nombreux et de natures diverses : ils s’enchâssent dans le monde de l’art, ils sont portés par les associations de mémoire et sont omniprésents dans le monde muséal (rappelons par exemple que de nombreux sites concentrationnaires deviennent des mémoriaux). Ils continuent de dialoguer et de se confronter avec l’actualité européenne et internationale. Nous nous focaliserons principalement sur la période de la Seconde Guerre mondiale en Europe, avec une attention particulière à la manière dont la guerre d’Espagne a fourni ses victimes au nazisme.

Rereading, (re)emergence, appropriation: What is to be done with the art of the past?
The writings of art historians, like the works of art themselves, are a place of emergence, return, and incessant reinterpretation. This dialogue between periods at the heart of both artistic creation and the narrative of our discipline will be the subject of the 2026 edition of the Ecole de Printemps. Proposals for papers could present case studies, where a work or body of work quotes, repeats, adopts, or readapts earlier images, objects, or monuments. They might analyse historiographical reinterpretations by considering them as transhistorical interventions and reappropriations – whether textual, visual or museum-based.

La réflexion sur les contenus sera indissociable d’une réflexion sur les formes et les conventions narratives et esthétiques en tant qu’« instruments cognitifs » qui véhiculent une adhésion ou une critique au paradigme colonial de la connaissance et du pouvoir occidental.

This panel explores the interaction between legal norms, sovereignty formation, and geopolitical dynamics in nineteenth-century Latin America. During this period, new republics faced the simultaneous challenges of consolidating internal authority and projecting it outward in a rapidly shifting international environment. Legal norms—constitutional, civil, penal, administrative, and consular—became key instruments through which states defined their international position and negotiated their place within an emerging hemispheric order.

We are organizing this conference in order to reflect on the worlds of words, images, discourses, and opinions surrounding these young migrants, produced both by the young people themselves and by the influential actors of our societies. We will question the scope of these representational worlds and their capacity to offer real alternatives for understanding migration with regard to UM-FIM-YIM. It is also a matter of observing, through the prism of media discourse, the role of the state, institutions, and different associative actors in the management of these phenomena.

Social alternatives, decolonial ecologies, and critical knowledge
Choosing the margins as the main focus of this conference will help to examine how speculative fiction disrupts hegemonic narratives, bringing to light subaltern or minoritised modes of knowledge, temporality, and resistance; how it operates somewhere between the end of the world and the possibility of a new beginning to allow us to imagine other ways of inhabiting the Earth and of projecting ourselves collectively into the future. Proposals exploring these issues through the study of narrative processes, cultural appropriations, andintertextual circulations, will be welcome.

Il s’agit d’une activité qui comprendra des communications sur des pays tels que les États-Unis, Haïti, la Jamaïque, le Mexique, le Costa Rica, l’Équateur et l’Argentine. Outre le questionnement sur ces nouvelles et possibles instances inclusives, les différences culturelles, sociales et de genre ainsi que les transformations de la société dans de nombreux pays, ont conduit à une réflexion et à des propositions sur la possibilité de construire de nouvelles citoyennetés inclusives et diverses.
