  Labour Transformations. From Liberalism to Corporatism (1850-1945)

  II NETCOR Congress

  Four years after the foundation of NETCOR at NOVA FCSH, in Lisbon, and after several interdisciplinary meetings and congresses held in recent years in several participating research centres that were the founders of this Network, in Europe and Brazil, the II NETCOR Congress is announced. The theme of this first edition of the Biennal Congress, of an international and interdisciplinary nature, is devoted to labour transformations and aims to discuss theoretical and empirical explanations of the changing nature of labour organization and labour regimes in the contemporary period, from 1850 to 1945.

  Labor in the creative industries: The case of fashion

  On the occasion of the exhibition “Tomorrowear. A French Story” at Villa Stenersen, this international conference will shed new light on labor in the creative industries, with a special focus on fashion. The present conference intends to do so without chronological nor geographical limitations. The Call for Papers is up until April 7, 2019.

  Prim@ Facie has been envisaged as an international journal in Law, hence we strongly encourage submissions from abroad, especially authors with interests concerning to Human Rights, Development and Legal Economic Studies. For a submission you must check off every item of the terms of publication. Once accepted for being published the article will come to light with the cession of copyright for scientific purposes. This is a non-profit journal managed by a federal university in Brazil. It has its statute available online on this website. The editorial office is located at the Laboratory of Journals in Law, downstairs at the CCJ building in the campus at the Universidade Federal da Paraíba, João Pessoa, Paraíba State.

  Mercaderes, juristas y otros "grupos intermedios" en el sur de Europa y en el espacio atlántico, siglos XVI-XVIII

  Mercaderes, arrendatarios, juristas, escribanos de grandes instituciones, secretarios, labradores ricos, élites locales, maestros gremiales enriquecidos, etc. son individuos con un estatus social ambiguo. Uno de los objetivos de este coloquio es reflexionar sobre esas personas que no nacieron nobles, en sentido estricto, pero que tampoco eran exactamente plebeyos o que se encontraban en la frontera entre uno y otro grupo. En el ámbito de un proyecto desarrollado en Portugal, centrado en los familiares del Santo Oficio, se va a realizar un seminario en la Escuela Española de Historia y Arqueología en Roma (EEHAR-CSIC) durante los días 16 y 17 se septiembre de 2015. Se seleccionarán un total de 8 comunicaciones a las que se unirán 4 ponencias invitadas, con el objetivo de reflexionar, en común, sobre las características de los “grupos intermedios” en la Edad Moderna, así como sobre las cuestiones metodológicas de su estudio.

  Coloquio - Historia

  Quatrième congrès international d'histoire de la construction

  Après Madrid (2003), Cambridge (2006), Cottbus (2009), Paris a été choisie pour accueillir le quatrième congrès international d'histoire de la construction. Trois écoles d'architecture (Paris-Malaquais, Paris-La Villette et Versailles) ainsi que le Conservatoire des arts et métiers pilotent cet évènement. L'histoire de la construction apparaît par définition hybride, associant aussi bien la conception que la réalisation, comme la préservation, la technique que la culture, et se trouve de fait interdisciplinaire. Y participent aussi bien des historiens de toutes disciplines (archéologues, juristes, économistes, historiens de l'art, etc.) que des praticiens (ingénieurs, architectes, entrepreneurs, artisans). Plus de 350 chercheurs, enseignants et praticiens, vont présenter le dernier état de leur recherche dans ce champ et en débattre sur quatre sites parisiens et versaillais. 6 conférences plénières seront délivrées par des personnalités reconnues par leurs pairs.
