  Le projet porte sur le domaine de la littérature vernaculaire médiévale. Il s’agira d’explorer les métaphores du miroir et de la lumière dans des textes latins et vernaculaires dans une approche sémiotique et fondée sur la psychologie cognitive, afin d’accéder à une meilleure compréhension des pratiques de la construction et de la tradition des idées.

  Sangalli Institute Award for the Religious History 2018

  The "Sangalli Institute Award for the Religious History" (Florence, Italy), in collaboration with the Department of University and Research of the Municipality of Florence  offers no. 2 awards for the publication of unpublished and peer-reviewed monographs, in Italian, Enghish and the other principal European languages, presented by young researchers and concerning the religious history from Middle Ages to the Contemporary Era. The essays will appear in a dedicated book series of the Firenze University Press. Are welcomed the applications by all Ph.D. scholars who have obtained their doctorate no later than five years at the date of the publication of this call for publications.

  Aide à l'édition des thèses en histoire de l'immigration

  Dans le cadre de sa politique de soutien à la diffusion et à la valorisation de la recherche, le Musée de l’histoire de l’immigration propose une aide à l’édition des thèses. En 2015, seront attribuées deux aides de 1500 euros chacune, versées sur convention, à des éditeurs publiant en France, et ayant retenu pour publication un ouvrage portant sur l’histoire des migrations.

  Structures sociales et rapports entre les sexes dans le milieu des cours royales (1500–1800)

  Contrats doctoraux

  Dans le cadre d’un nouvel axe de recherche, l’Institut historique allemand (IHA) offre pour l’automne 2014 des contrats doctoraux sur le thème « Stratégies de pouvoir entre époux ou concubins dans les centres dynastiques (1500–1800) ». Cet appel à candidatures s’adresse aux doctorants qui travaillent sur des problématiques relatives à la dimension politique du mariage et du concubinage (aussi des favorites) dans des centres dynastiques (cours royales). Il s’agit d’étudier non seulement l’entourage immédiat des souverains, mais aussi le milieu des cours royales dans son ensemble.

  These grants provide support for publication projects on historical American art (pre-1980) that make a significant contribution to scholarship and have an international dimension. Projects may include translations of texts on American art; publications written by non-U.S. scholars or those with a significant number of non-U.S. contributors; and publications with a focused thesis exploring American art in an international context.
