  Summer School - History

  An Environmental History of the Great War

  We intend to bring together an international group of 20 to 30 graduate students working on military, cultural, social, and environmental history of the First World War from 2nd to 7th July 2018. Over the course of the week, they will have opportunity to get to know each other, but also a wide range of internationally recognized academic experts. Guided tours on excursions to French and Belgian sites are an integral part of the program and will enrich the participants' experience.

  Summer School - Geography

  Multi-agent modelisation applied to spatialised phenomena (MAPS 10)

  L’école thématique « Modélisation multi-agents appliquée aux phénomènes spatialisés » (MAPS 10^e édition) ouvrira ses portes du 18 au 24 juin 2017. Cette école portera sur le thème de la modélisation spatialisée de phénomènes sociaux ou écologiques en utilisant notamment les systèmes multi-agents. Au travers de cours illustrés, de présentation de travaux de recherches et de travail d’atelier en petits groupes, les apprenants seront accompagnés tout au long de la semaine afin de mieux appréhender les ressorts de la modélisation et ses bonnes pratiques.
