  Communautés religieuses et étatisation

  Le passage de l'Empire ottoman aux États modernes

  The conference aims to explore various aspects of the communal organization in the Ottoman Empire for regions such as Asia Minor, Middle East and the Balkans, and to present the changes that occurred within the religious communities during the 19th century and particularly during the period from Tanzimat reforms until the First World War. Key questions in relation to the modernization process of the Ottoman state and the functioning of religious communities, are a) how does the Sublime Porte understand the process of structuring a modern state with respect to religious communities, b) who is responsible for the modern institutions: the state or the religious communities, c) what is the reaction of the religious communities regarding the modernization process d) why and in what way the religious communities are changing on the light of this process.

  Septième congrès panhellénique et international des professeurs de français - Athènes 2010

  Les travaux du septième congrès panhellénique et international des professeurs de français se dérouleront à Athènes (Grèce) sur trois jours : les 22, 23 et 24 octobre 2010, le 21 étant réservé à l'accueil des congressistes / participants et à la cérémonie d'ouverture.Les propositions devront être soumises en ligne avant le 31 mai 2010 [résumé (250 mots environ) et jusqu'à 5 mots-clés]. Le comité scientifique communiquera sa réponse aux intéressés avant le 31 juillet 2010.   Cette table ronde se propose de mettre en perspective les constructions identitaires et culturelles à l’œuvre à Salonique au XXe siècle, cité balkanique travaillée à la fois par les mémoires des réfugiés qui y ont trouvé une nouvelle patrie et par les nostalgies de ceux qui ont dû la quitter.
