  Sur un registre délibérément interdisciplinaire, aux points de rencontre de l’économie, des sciences de gestion, du droit et de la science politique, cette journée vise à comprendre, au travers d’études de cas (sur les pays du Nord, du Sud et les relations de coopération) et d’analyses plus globales, comment s’organise la transgression et dans quelles conditions l’informel parvient à se formaliser.
