  Le séminaire, qui accompagne le projet Biblindex, a lieu une fois par mois à l'Institut des sources chrétiennes (Lyon). Les interventions sont en lien avec les corpus de Biblindex : méthodologie en cours d’analyse, exemples de travaux qui pourraient utiliser / utilisent Biblindex.

  The historian at work in the late Middle Ages

  Iberian peninsula, 13th-15th centuries

  Le colloque « L’historien à l’œuvre », qui rassemble des spécialistes reconnus dans le domaine de l'historiographie médiévale de la péninsule Ibérique, envisage d’élargir cette problématique, depuis le projet inaugural d’Alphonse X et le début des chroniques royales jusqu'à l'apparition de la charge d’historiographe officiel et des premiers historiens humanistes. En tenant compte des méthodes de compilation, des matériaux de travail, des brouillons et des manuscrits autographes, entre autres sources, on adoptera une approche plurielle, qui associe l'analyse textuelle et idéologique à la recherche sur les manuscrits historiographiques d'auteur, leur matérialité et leurs caractéristiques.

  Parliament(s) and sovereign courts in France and Europe under the Ancien Régime (2012-2013)

  Discourse, legal practice, sociability and political theories

  This seminar, devoted to the European space and tothe "Old Regime" in a broad sense, is designed in the long term. Ithas set itself the goal of presenting the current research on the theme of the"Parliament" expanded, in a strongly interdisciplinary perspective,in all the major issues which are closely linked: centralization of government,sovereignty, "absolutism" and its reconsideration, interplay ofrelationships between spiritual and temporal powers in the evolution of the politicalconceptions and institutions. It will also take into account the law in all itsbreadth, from the legal writing up to the archives policy, through judicialpractice and reflections on magistracy. It is also interested as well in theprocedure as in more abstract designs of the political community.
