  Rethinking research methods? Transforming practices, inventing new tools

  Inter- and transdisciplinarity Swiss conference

  The national inter- and transdisciplinarity conference is jointly organised by the td-net and the Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch (IUKB). The conference aims to foster the exchange about the challenges of inter- and transdisciplinary teaching and research. The dialogue is carried out in German and French mainly and thus connects the various initiatives in Switzerland across the linguistic divide. This event is the central element of the "networking project".

  Thinking (with and through) tourism

  Le séminaire « Penser (avec et par) le tourisme » repose sur un double objectif : penser le tourisme, objet changeant dans la société, mais aussi penser les enjeux sociétaux contemporains, avec et par ce phénomène. Ce cycle de conférence constitue une plateforme de promotion de la recherche dans les Tourist Studies à l’échelle de la Suisse et au niveau international. C’est un lieu d’échanges et de discussions approfondies où l’accent est mis sur une orientation pleinement interdisciplinaire : les approches sociologique, économique, historique, ethnographique et géographique seront tour à tour mobilisées pour alimenter la réflexion cette année.
