  The European Institute for Food History and Cultures (IEHCA) organizes the third edition of its annual international conference. All proposals pertaining to Food Studies will be considered and all researchers are welcome. In essence, the conference is multi- and cross-disciplinary, covering all historical periods.

Which general trends have emerged over recent years? How can our understanding be further advanced in the future?
