  Law(s) and night

  Après près d’un an et demi d’existence, l’Association des doctorants et docteurs de l’Institut Maurice Hauriou (ADDIMH), organise sa première journée d’études. À ce titre, elle a choisi de mettre la lumière sur un thème obscur : la nuit. Même si cela n’apparaît pas toujours de manière éclatante, la nuit n’est jamais loin des débats actuels. Le mouvement « Nuit debout », le travail de nuit ou encore l’état d’urgence (les couvre-feux ou l’évocation de possibles perquisitions de nuit) en sont de bons exemples, qui interrogent sans cesse les libertés et les différentes branches du droit. Pourtant, mises à part les réflexions de Jean Carbonnier (Flexible droit), aucune étude systématique n’a entrepris de penser la nuit comme cadre d’application du droit.

  Labels in the field of cultural and natural heritage

  Created in the 60s, the label's use for cultural and natural heritage has increased dramatically for several years, specially in France. Inherited from the marketing and trade world, the use of labels for cultural and natural heritage illustrates the expansion of heritage's conception to new artefacts and new cultural properties, in an anthropological meaning. Some recent studies on the cultural and natural heritage labels  insist on the economic benefits for development of territories. But the legal and institutional dimensions of labels in heritage have been ignored. The goal  of the symposium is to define and precise the purposes and the caracteristics of labels in the field of heritage.
