  An overview of digital social innovations

  Despite their great potential to contribute to social and environmental changes, digital social innovations (DSI) remain an underresearched field. The Digital Social Innovation for Europe (DSI4EU) project provides a list of DSI, others mention them as being instrumental in the so-called “collaborative economy” or “sharing economy”, and civil society actors like OuiShare place a strong emphasis on them. However, it is clear that DSI have not yet been systematically and extensively analysed. We wish that this special issue contributes to do so, by using a three-level approach (micro, meso, macro).

  Laboreal journal

  Reprendre un emploi après un accident du travail constitue un objet de recherche et d'intervention dont les analyses méritent une diffusion plus large. C'est la finalité de ce dossier préparé pour la revue Laboreal (laboreal.up.pt) par une équipe de chercheurs, psychologues et sociologues du travail portugais. Ce dossier doit en outre permettre d'identifier de nouvelles formes d'intervention dans et en dehors des entreprises, à différents niveaux, et en prenant en compte les questions touchant à l'amélioration des conditions de travail ainsi qu'à toutes les formes de soutien (individuel, collectif et institutionnel) qui permettraient à la victime d'un accident du travail de retrouver une vie active décente.

  Depuis l’élection d’Hugo Chávez, en 1998, dix pays latino-américains ont choisi une alternance gouvernementale à gauche, articulée autour de projets de type progressistes ou nationalistes-populaires. Après avoir été le laboratoire du néo-libéralisme, l’Amérique latine serait ainsi devenue celui de sa contestation, avec le surgissement d’exécutifs critiquant le « consensus de Washington », dans certains cas issus de puissants mouvements sociaux et/ou de profondes crises des systèmes politiques traditionnels.

  Ce dossier s’intéresse à la fois aux transformations du modèle « révolutionnaire » sandiniste et aux spécificités d’une économie politique insérée dans l’Alba (Alliance bolivarienne pour les peuples de notre Amérique), « bonne élève » du Fond monétaire international et désormais clairement tournée vers l’extraction et l’exploitation des ressources naturelles. Il entend interroger le cas nicaraguayen comme celui d’un pays illustratif du développement de nouvelles formes d’autoritarisme, d’exploitation et d’insertion dans le système mondial.

Created thanks to the Secretary of Higher Education and Researcg of France; these chairs are destined to help in the collaboration between Europe and Latin America; allowing the IHEAL to create links with many latinamerican universities and consolidate a vast academic network.
