  Thinking and conducting the transformation of work

  The contribution of the ergological approach and the works of Yves Schwartz

  The ergological approach intends to the co-production of knowledge with the aim of transforming work and more generally the social life. As stated by the scientific project of the Workshop, “the ergological approach, in its history and in its issues, is a priori a subject of interest for everyone, each exploring in its own way the intricacies of human life, but also anyone who wants to think about its own activity and that of others, to reconsider the ways of doing and taking action, of opening new perspectives in ways of working, acting and living”. Yet this approach, which is particularly needed nowadays, is insufficiently known and sometimes considered complex. This is the state of play at the origin of this international workshop for which this call for papers is published.

  Changes in practices and social norms

  Don de dieu accepté sans planification par une large majorité, la naissance d’un enfant est devenue un événement moins fréquent dans la vie des latino-américain-e-s. Cette transition démographique de la fécondité s’est accompagnée d’une médicalisation croissante de la vie reproductive : planification familiale et contraception, suivi des grossesses et des accouchements, aide à la conception. Les évolutions des comportements, des normes sociales et biomédicales qui les fondent, ainsi que celles des politiques sociales, familiales, démographiques, entraînent un renouvellement des problématiques sociétales et de recherche liées à la naissance d’un enfant et à la fécondité.

  The representation of Africans and people of African descendancy in school manuals

  Afro-decolonial perspectives - practical and theoretical issues

  Ce colloque a plusieurs objectifs. L'objectif principal est d'interroger la représentation des personnes d'ascendance africaine dans les manuels scolaires et de réflechir à la création de manuels scolaires dans lesquels ces populations seraient repésentées à leur juste valeur au sein d'une histoire pluriverselle. La rencontre questionnera toutes les disciplines et tentera d'établir un réel dialogue interdisciplinaire. Enfin, il sera question de la mise en place d'équipes de travail et de réflexion qui se réuniront après le colloque pour continuer le travail ébauché durant la rencontre.
