  1st edition of the international congress of the desert economy

  The ultimate purpose of the International Congress on Desert Economy - Dakhla (ICDED), annually co-organized by the National School of Business and Management (ENCG) of Dakhla-Morocco  and the Regional Council of Dakhla Oued Eddahab, is to be a scientific and multidisciplinary platform on desert economy, in order to contribute effectively to the good governance and in the sustainable development of desert regions, by stimulating meetings between all stakeholders on a global scale, with a view to fostering cooperation and partnership, among desert countries (Africa, the Gulf States, Australia, the United States of America ...), with the aim of creating a conducive environment to the exchange of experiences, expertise and innovation, around themes related to desert economy, such as:  Tourism, agriculture, renewable energy, raw materials, transportation and logistics, sea and fishing, technology, the cultural and intangible heritage, nature and environment ...

  La revue Éthique publique consacrera son premier numéro de l’année 2018 à la délicate question des enjeux et dilemmes éthiques et déontologiques soulevés par la dynamique d’interface politico-administrative au sein des États démocratiques. Le présent appel à contribution vise à recueillir des propositions d’articles sur un aspect qui conditionne cet espace, soit l’encadrement juridique (hard law et soft law) et les directives qui règlent le pilotage et les pratiques de ces rapports obligés.

  Plural diplomacies

  L’ambition de ce colloque est de présenter et d'analyser les évolutions des différentes formes de diplomatie : nouvelles formes de diplomatie régalienne (diplomatie 2.0), d’État ou supranationale, nouveaux acteurs, nouveaux territoires de l’action diplomatique, nouveaux champs et pratiques (économiques, stratégiques, d'entreprises, parlementaires, sportive, publique, etc.). Les présentations et les échanges feront l’objet d’une valorisation, sous forme en particulier de publications, et pourront également permettre la mise en place d’une recherche collective. Le colloque aura lieu le 25 octobre à Banska Bystrica (Slovaquie) et les propositions (résumés) sont à adresser avant le 25 septembre 2017.
