  Mission traditionnelle des clercs, la prédication légitime leur prise de parole en public, ce qui, longtemps, les a singularisés dans l’espace social. Ce colloque entend explorer la contribution des prédicateurs à la critique politique. La prédication est porteuse, en effet, d’une puissance critique à l’égard des pouvoirs. Le simple fait que le clerc (et l’institution dont il relève) pose son intervention publique comme mission divine ouvre un espace à la contestation, à la subversion, vis-à-vis des pouvoirs temporels.

  Crossing, transmission and communication: migration traversing time and space

  Ce colloque international s’adresse aux chercheurs en sciences humaines et sociales (sciences de l’information et de la communication, anthropologie, sociologie, économie, histoire, géographie, linguistique, histoire de l’art, sciences politiques, etc…). Il accueille également les travaux de doctorants, de post doctorants de diverses disciplines et les témoignages des artistes, acteurs des musées, acteurs de la société civile, associations, ONG et organisations socio-économiques intéressés par les migrations. Les travaux privilégiés ici abordent les thématiques transdisciplinaires liées aux migrants et aux migrations, leurs dimensions historiques, sociologiques culturelles et politiques, l’impact des migrations sur l’économie et la société, les formes et les supports mémoriels, les stratégies de production, de diffusion, d’appropriation des récits migratoires, la communication internationale des migrations, les usages des TIC, des réseaux sociaux et des médias diasporiques dans les sociétés pluriculturelles.

  Religion and State in the public sphere

  Relations between religions and the State are well known to take multiple forms throughout the world. Some countries know an officially watertight separation between the two; others give a primary place to a given religion in the social order, to the exclusion of all others; others still have a State religion or established churches while at the same time guaranteeing freedom of conscience as well as forbidding any faith-based discrimination. Between the extreme of State atheism and the other extreme of a system explicitly based on the precepts of a given religion, the range of relations between Religion and the State is very wide. This interdisciplinary conference intends to describe and to analyse this diversity.
