  Compte tenu de l'importance des « trésors humains vivants » dans le renforcement de la coexistence culturelle entre différents peuples, le Maroc a adopté une approche internationale valorisant les créativités humaines matérielles et immatérielles. Il a accordé une importance particulière au patrimoine et lui a consacré une place importante dans la politique de l’État, renforçant son cadre politique, institutionnel et juridique et aussi en soutenant le rôle des acteurs du patrimoine et des différents intervenants et en renforçant leurs capacités. Cela a suscité une prise de conscience et une maîtrise accrue de la réalité des systèmes oasiens et montagneux- à la fois en termes de problèmes et des enjeux - ou en relation avec les approches et les méthodologies de gestion adoptées.

  Agent-based models in Social Sciences – Simulation and empirical assessment

  World Conference on Complex Systems 4th Edition Special Sessions

  After the success of the previous editions, we are very glad to announce the WCCS19, “4^th Edition of World conference on Complex Systems “. The WCCS19 will be organized by  “Moroccan Society of Complex Systems”, “Ibn Zohr University” and National College of IT (ENSIAS, Mohamed V Souissi University) in partnership with IEEE Moroccan section  and “International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Science” during April 22-25, 2019 in Ouarzazate-Morocco. The WCCS19 will provide a high-level international forum for researchers and Ph. D. students who will present recent research results, address new challenges and discuss trends in the area of complex systems and interdisciplinary science. The aims of the conference are focused on the debate about the most relevant methodologies and approaches to understanding, modelling, simulating, predicting, evaluating and mastering the Societal, Ecological, Biological and Engineered Complex Systems.
