  Thinking autonomy in agriculture: between injunctions and demands

  À la fois manifeste politique, horizon visé par de nombreux innovateurs et levier mis en exergue dans les projets de transitions vers l’alimentation durable et l’agroécologie, l’autonomie est devenue un enjeu important pour les agricultrices et les agriculteurs, comme pour les acteurs de la recherche et du développement. Ces journées d’étude invitent les sciences sociales à travailler les ambigüités et la richesse de la notion d’autonomie. Elles visent à mieux documenter les pratiques sociales étiquetées sous cette bannière, leurs enjeux, leurs paradoxes et les diverses échelles auxquelles elles se déploient. Elles invitent également à remettre sur le chantier l’opposition par trop dichotomique entre autonomie et hétéronomie en portant attention aux stratégies d’appropriation / transgression des normes au récent brouillage des statuts d’emploi – indépendant vs salarié – constaté en agriculture et dans d’autres secteurs.

  Gender Dynamics and Practices in Architecture, Urbanism and Landscape Architecture

  In France, as in several other countries, the professions of architect, urban planner and landscape architect have crossed a historic threshold in terms of feminization. However, numerical parity does not mean men and women have equal professional opportunities: numerous demands of feminist associations remain unsatisfied. They note the persistence of many professional inequalities: in terms of income, in terms of financial control and job insecurity, in terms of visibility, and in terms of recognition. This call for papers aims to gather contributions for an assessment of the gains and limits of feminization and gender dynamics at work in the professional worlds of architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture in France, fifty years after the "massive" entry of women into architecture schools in 1968.

  L'université de Lorraine, par son progamme Lorraine université d'excellence (LUE), offre une bourse de thèse de 3 ans sur le sujet « Les territoires du travail industriel dans l'habillement, le cuir et le textile : mutations et dynamiques ». La thèse s'inscrit dans la thématique LUE « l'avenir du travail » et sera réalisée parallèlement et en collabaration avec deux autres thèses, l'une en science de gestion (Gérer le travail pour favoriser l'émergence conjointe de la compétence industrielle de l'entreprise et de la compétence des équipes de production dans les secteurs en mutation : le cas de la gestion des compétences dans l'industrie habillement-cuir-textile du XXI^e siècle) et l'une en sociologie (Modèles de production et formes de mise au travail dans l'industrie habillement-cuir-textile au XXI^e siècle).

  Les Reclusiennes 2019 porteront sur le thème du travail en transition. Partant de l’évolution des sociétés industrielles depuis 1968 et du capitalisme tardif, cette édition interrogera les mutations du travail, notamment dans le secteur du tertiaire, tant en termes de précarisation que d’innovations technologiques. Trois axes de recherche seront privilégiés : (1) Les mutations actuelles du travail (2) Les nouveaux travailleurs (3) Le pacte social de demain. L’ambition de cette réflexion sera de partir de l’actuel pour arriver au potentiel.

  International migrations and labour from the 70s to the present

  Since the 70s the presence of migrants in Europe, and especially in Italy, has become a structural issue and has been at the center of the public and political debate. The progressive demolition of welfare systems, the job precariousness, and new consumer lifestyles have generated different responses in terms of regulation of the admissions of foreign citizens in search of a job and their management (housing issues, access to health care, etc.). Both with regard to organization of forms of protection of immigrants in the exercise of theirs fundamental rights, especially in cases of serious discrimination and exploitation (immigrant associations, trade union action, etc.).
