Comment se forgent les publics en situation minoritaire ? Il s’agira de questionner côte à côte, parfois d’un seul tenant, deux types de processus : les phénomènes d’homogénéisation culturelle et ceux de coexistence, forcée ou consentie, entre des groupes multiples au sein d’un même territoire en explorant le large éventail de pratiques collectives politiques et sociales émergeant au sein et en marge des espaces de projection animée.
