  Genre et rapport au travail

  L’objet de ce corpus est de questionner ensemble « rapports de genre » et « rapports au travail » dans un contexte où s’exacerbent, dans ces deux registres comme dans leurs intersections, les tensions entre les dynamiques d’émancipation et le renouvellement ou l’aggravation des logiques de domination. Le sens des processus d’engagement / désengagement du travail (professionnel) en est sans doute rendu plus énigmatique. Il mérite d’être décrypté de manière fine. Il ne s’agit donc pas de décrire, une nouvelle fois, les multiples inégalités et discriminations manifestant le poids des rapports sociaux de sexe, mais d’interroger la question de la centralité subjective du travail à partir d’une perspective genrée.
