It aims to identify good or bad solutions regarding the organisational mutations of local administration in Europe, in order to give more concrete and operational help to political and administrative decision-makers.

Le projet Fiduciae se propose de fournir, sur la base d’enquêtes empiriques, à la fois précises et ciblées, menées dans des fonds d’archives français, des éléments de validation formalisés et quantifiés de l’hypothèse d’une dépersonnalisation des relations entre commerçants en France et en Europe aux XVIIIe et XIXe siècles (vers 1680-vers 1880). L'objet de la journée sera de mettre en dialogue les premiers résultats obtenus dans le cadre du projet et résumés dans un article d'étape en cours d'édition et des recherches empiriques, menées sur des problématiques connexes, dans d'autres disciplines des sciences sociales (sociologie, droit, économie).

En mettant en perspective des recherches menées dans différents pays, et qui portent sur plusieurs « types » de consultants, ce colloque poursuit un double objectif : interroger l’évidence de l’existence même d’un « conseil », comme ensemble de pratiques proches ou homogènes ; progresser dans l’étude des pratiques de conseil et de leurs contributions aux caractéristiques et aux évolutions de la société.

Alors que nos sociétés sont hyper connectées grâce aux technologies numériques de l’information et de la communication, et que nos connaissances sur l’autre sont croissantes grâce aux apports des recherches sur l’interculturel, cet ouvrage collectif propose d’examiner comment le couple distance-proximité reconfigure à diverses échelles le lien social. Les contributions devront répondre à la question suivante : « comment la reconfiguration de la distance modifie-t-elle le lien social dans les sociétés contemporaines ? ».

Labels in the field of cultural and natural heritage
Created in the 60s, the label's use for cultural and natural heritage has increased dramatically for several years, specially in France. Inherited from the marketing and trade world, the use of labels for cultural and natural heritage illustrates the expansion of heritage's conception to new artefacts and new cultural properties, in an anthropological meaning. Some recent studies on the cultural and natural heritage labels insist on the economic benefits for development of territories. But the legal and institutional dimensions of labels in heritage have been ignored. The goal of the symposium is to define and precise the purposes and the caracteristics of labels in the field of heritage.
