  Cinq bourses « Immersion » du LabEx CAP

  Laboratoire d'excellence Création, arts, patrimoines (2016-2017)

  Le Laboratoire d’excellence Création, arts et patrimoines (LabEx CAP), annonce l’attribution par voie de concours de cinq bourses « Immersion » pour l’année 2016-2017. Le programme « Immersion » est un dispositif nouveau et original à double visée. Il contribue à la formation professionnelle des doctorants qui s’orientent vers les métiers de la culture en rapport avec la recherche universitaire. Il vient également en appui au développement des départements recherche des musées et à la réalisation des projets de recherche des institutions patrimoniales membres du Labex CAP.

  The College Art Association (CAA) and Terra Foundation for American Art invite applications for the 2017 Terra Foundation for American art international publication grant. The grant provides financial support for the publication of book-length scholarly manuscripts on the history of American art from circa 1500 to 1980 in the current-day geographic United States.

  PhD fellowship for a research project on “Reinventions of modernist rural landscapes”

  Focus: Rural planning in Morocco – 20th century

  MODSCAPES deals with rural landscapes produced by large-scale agricultural development and colonization schemes planned in the 20th century throughout Europe and beyond. Conceived in different political and ideological contexts, such schemes were pivotal to nation-building and state-building policies, and to the modernization of the countryside. They provided a testing ground for the ideas and tools of environmental and social scientists, architects, engineers, planners, landscape architects and artists, which converged around a shared challenge.

  Contrat doctoral CIFRE en sciences humaines et sociales avec le RIZE

  Dans le cadre de ses activités de recherche, le Rize, équipement culturel de la Ville de Villeurbanne, recrute pour la rentrée universitaire 2016/2017 un doctorant en sciences humaines et sociales, dans le cadre du dispositif CIFRE (thèse de 3 ans). Les candidats sont libres de proposer tout sujet de recherche, dès lors qu’il se conforme aux problématiques propres au Rize et qu’il concerne le territoire villeurbannais (ou qu’il inscrit le territoire villeurbannais dans une démarche comparative). Celles-ci s'articulent autour de trois thématiques principales : Villeurbanne, culture ouvrière et immigration.
