Call for papers - Ethnology, anthropology
"Tracés", an interdisciplinary journal, vol. 33
The French-language, interdisciplinary journal Tracés invite contributions from all the social sciences and humanities for its 33rd volume, which is due to be published in 2017. This themed collection will engage with land and its uses as social issues. From colonial expansion to new migrants in rural areas, from carbon offsetting to landless peasant movements, the collective relationship to space and its productive uses seems to be a rather diverse collection of problems. However, all of them point towards the legal, technical and economic framing of land and they call for interdisciplinary modes of intellection that are not averse to geographical and ecological aspects and insights. This issue will assemble studies that seek to shed light on the past and contemporary politicization of land and land resources. Contributions in English are welcome, although publication will be in French.

Dialogues interdisciplinaires
Le projet Fiduciae se propose de fournir, sur la base d’enquêtes empiriques, à la fois précises et ciblées, menées dans des fonds d’archives français, des éléments de validation formalisés et quantifiés de l’hypothèse d’une dépersonnalisation des relations entre commerçants en France et en Europe aux XVIIIe et XIXe siècles (vers 1680-vers 1880). L'objet de la journée sera de mettre en dialogue les premiers résultats obtenus dans le cadre du projet et résumés dans un article d'étape en cours d'édition et des recherches empiriques, menées sur des problématiques connexes, dans d'autres disciplines des sciences sociales (sociologie, droit, économie).

A global approach to fraud. Boundaries and illicit behaviour
La journée d'étude organisée au Musée national des Douanes de Bordeaux constitue l'évenement de clôture d'un programme de rencontres soutenu par la Maison européenne des sciences de l'Homme (MESHS) de Lille et par l'Institut de recherches historiques du Septentrion (IRHiS, CNRS UMR 8529) consacré à la fraude en situation transfrontaliére. Elle vise à étendre l'interrogation sur l'impact de la frontiére franco-belge et franco-luxembourgeoise sur les comportements illicites à d'autres zones géographiques et à constituer un réseau pluridisciplinaire de chercheurs intéressés par cette thématique.

Afin d’encourager et soutenir la recherche universitaire sur des sujets majeurs pour la vie de nos institutions, la Haute Autorité pour la transparence de la vie publique crée son prix de thèse, qui sera attribué pour la première fois en 2016. Ce prix a pour objectif de distinguer une thèse portant directement sur la transparence, la déontologie, ou la lutte contre les atteintes à la probité publique ou sur des problématiques transversales susceptibles d’entrer dans le champ des missions de la Haute Autorité.

Formes, pratiques et acteurs de la contractualisation
Pourquoi un entrepreneur s’engage-t-il avec l’État ? Pourquoi l’un et l’autre recourent-ils à un contrat ? Ces questionnements simples en apparence n’ont pas suscité de nombreux travaux, l’historiographie retenant le plus souvent la date de création d’un ouvrage, le début d’un service, ou la livraison d’une commande, mais bien peu les modalités de leur définition, de leur réalisation, le contrôle de leur conformité vis-à-vis des attentes, et encore moins les motivations des parties à recourir à un processus de contractualisation.

Labels in the field of cultural and natural heritage
Created in the 60s, the label's use for cultural and natural heritage has increased dramatically for several years, specially in France. Inherited from the marketing and trade world, the use of labels for cultural and natural heritage illustrates the expansion of heritage's conception to new artefacts and new cultural properties, in an anthropological meaning. Some recent studies on the cultural and natural heritage labels insist on the economic benefits for development of territories. But the legal and institutional dimensions of labels in heritage have been ignored. The goal of the symposium is to define and precise the purposes and the caracteristics of labels in the field of heritage.

Le thème de la négociation collective occupe en France, depuis la réduction du temps de travail et la « refondation sociale », une place de premier rang dans les chroniques sociales. À travers cet appel à communication, la revue Chroniques du Travail entend interroger les possibilités de négociation autour du travail et de l’emploi, en retenant une acception très ouverte de ces thématiques (l’activité de travail, son contenu, ses conditions d’exercice, son organisation, son évaluation, ses effets sur les personnes et les collectifs, les perspectives de développement professionnel qu’il ménage, le volume d’emploi ou encore les statuts d’emploi) et des processus concernés (négociations formalisées, initiatives gouvernementales, conflits collectifs, tractations infor-melles…).
