  Vingt-et-unièmes journées d’histoire du management et des organisations (XXIe JHMO)

  S’intéresser aux utopies managériales et organisationnelles, c’est interroger l’imaginaire et l’idéal vers lequel tendent les managers et gestionnaires. L’utopie est un monde rêvé, sans défaut, et, a priori, hors de portée. Parce que les managers conçoivent et mettent en œuvre des modèles d’organisation et de gestion, et qu’ils sont en quête de fonctionnement et de règles parfaits, il nous semble qu’ils sont plus que d’autres à même de produire des utopies.
