Gender and education amid Covid-19
Impacts, responses, and prospects
The present conference aims to examine the devastating impacts of Covid-19 pandemic on gender equality and quality education, two sustainable goals identified by the UN, and the kind of responses which were triggered as forms of activism, self-expression, and creation of new meanings. Furthermore, it explores the prospects which may be unlocked for future professionals through learning different skills and values which foster equal opportunities for both genders in leadership and in the labour market, eventually and hopefully resulting in an equitable, unbiased, and fair labour culture for all.

Foreign language teaching and intercultural awareness
In the era of globalization, foreign language teaching has become a worldwide concern for diverse reasons. As language vehicles thought; foreign culture is also assumed to be transmitted as a consequence of the teaching/learning process. Intercultural awareness then is an undeniable issue to be discussed in any foreign language teaching atmosphere. The issue identified above is expected to be significant for teachers, learners, researchers and educationists in general. The importance of the subject will be seen in the exchange of experiences and expertise among local and foreign interveners in a way that raises the students’ awareness in the English department that debates on intercultural issues will serve them in many sorts of ways. This meeting provides an excellent opportunity to share the results of the teachers and students research with a varied audience.

Nowadays and more than ever, learning and teaching paradigms look to tightly depend on the advances in various information and communication technological (ICT) domains such as: e-learning, distance learning, machine learning, HCI, social networking, augmented reality, virtual reality, serious game, cloud computing, crowd sourcing, ... Considering, as fact, the use of information and communication spaces and tools, has allowed practitioners, researchers and users to re-debate and to re-question some dogmatic phenomenon’s involved in teaching and/or learning process. Stakeholders engagement and success of education and training systems reforms, what correlation?
During the 10th session of CIMQUSEF that crown a decade of commitment AMAQUEN to participate in efforts to improve quality in education and training systems, we have chosen in line with themes under the field of quality management, to address this issue to date. Because it is linked to the roles to be played by different actors and stakeholders in the success of the reforms undertake different countries or groups of countries to improve their education and training systems. The Cimqusef'2013 invite speakers and participants to try to answer the questions underlying the issue: ''How the management of change he promotes engagement of stakeholders in the success of the SET reforms?''.

Rwanda : génocide et reconstruction des champs du savoir
Explorer le génocide des Tutsi au Rwanda
Organized in Rwanda by the Interdisciplinary Genocide Studies Center. The Interdisciplinary Genocide Studies Center based in Kigali, Rwanda continues their two/three-week US/Rwanda exchange program in order to deepen students’, researchers’, and artists’ knowledge of the Rwandan genocide. In the last years, the program started in 2004 has enabled teachers and students from Rwanda, Burundi, Congo, Kenya, Uganda, Burkina Faso, Afghanistan, Singapore, Mexico, UK, France, Belgium, Spain, and the USA to develop narratives that engage questions of social justice, conflict resolution, and peace building. The program has involved theater artists, filmmakers, academicians, researches, and students from various disciplines and countries, whose practice engages questions of peace building.
