  Post-soviet diaspora(s) in Western Europe (1991-2017)

  Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, millions of former soviet citizens crossed the national borders in search of better lives in new countries, in what was the biggest migration tide since the end of World War II. These Post-Soviet migrants were diverse in origins, strategies and expectations. They often represented a challenge to the orthodox views of migration processes, since in most cases these flows could not be easily described and analysed following commonly accepted theoretical frameworks. Everybody seemed to be on the move: labour migrants, political refugees, cross-border traders, “tourists” planning to forget their return... and in a short period, they spread all over Western Europe.

  Les enjeux économiques, sociaux et politiques du vieillissement

  Les transformations sociales, économiques et politiques induites par le vieillissement de la population ouvrent un vaste chantier de recherche. La question de la dépendance ou de la vulnérabilité, de la consommation de soins et de services, du vieillissement au travail, de l’aménagement urbain et de la citoyenneté des personnes âgées sont des problèmes sociaux et politiques d’actualité mais qui suscitent encore peu de travaux. Ce colloque tentera d'explorer quelques unes de ces pistes.

  Forum interdisciplinare Giovani Ricercatori per le Alpi di domani

  Dislivelli Association is pleased to announce the second edition of the Interdisciplinary Forum of Young Researchers about the issue the Alps of tomorrow. The Forum is organized by Dislivelli Association in collaboration with Interateneo Territorio Department of Polythecnic of Turin and Philosophy and Education Department of University of Turin, with the support of the Permanent Secretariat of Alpine Convention and the Province of Turin. This biennial Forum aims at giving to the new generation of researchers the chance to meet up, to divulge their researches on the alpine territory and to discuss the emerging issues of contemporary Alps.
