  The return of the Wigalois

  A handwriting of the 15th century in the focus of new research approaches

  On June 18th and 19th 2020 the Badische Landesbibliothek organizes the international and interdisciplinary congress “The return of the Wigalois - a handwriting of the 15th century in the focus of new research approaches”. The congress presents and discusses first results of the again possible scientific altercation with materiality of the handwriting, its production context and the book market at the upper Rhine, for which it was produced.

  Multilocal residentiality, cities and regional planning

  La multilocalité résidentielle, autrement dit habiter de façon officielle ou informelle en plusieurs endroits, est une forme de vie qui gagne en importance ces derniers temps et capte de plus en plus l’attention des médias. Ces pratiques d’habitation intermittente sur différents lieux ont des conséquences très importantes pour nos sociétés, certes pour la cohésion familiale (thème de notre précédente journée à Fribourg/Bsg) mais aussi pour la cohésion locale (participation locale) et pour l’usage des infrastructures et des services sur les différents lieux d’habitation, mais aussi par ce qu’elles créent des besoins et demandes spécifiques sur les infrastructures de transports, les offres de logements et les services (gardiennage, magasin, heure d'ouverture de l'administration, etc.). Est-ce que ces pratiques s’arrangent avec les infrastructures existantes qui ont été pensées pour la monorésidentialité ?
