  Le travail que le collectif de jeunes chercheur∙e∙s « Migrations et altérités » a mené durant toute l'année scolaire touchera bientôt à sa fin. Après l'organisation de plusieurs séminaires et ateliers, dont vous avez pu suivre l'actualité sur notre page, l'aboutissement de notre réflexion prendra la forme d'une journée d'étude intitulée "Entre recherche et action", lors de laquelle chacun des membres du collectif présentera une communication.

  Les Chantiers de la Création

  Journée d'étude annuelle de la revue doctorante Les Chantiers de la Création (Aix Marseille Université). La revue Les Chantiers de la Création s'intéresse spécifiquement aux dynamiques poïétiques en revisitant des notions problématiques susceptibles d'être fécondes. Elle questionne l'art et l'histoire, les événements et les œuvres, et les œuvres en tant qu'événements. Elle se consacre particulièrement à l’étude des déclencheurs inattendus de l’acte créatif ; elle interroge ses moteurs, ses détours, ses écarts.

  Secondo seminario di ricerca del programma «Lettresarts. Lettres d’artistes. Pour une nouvelle histoire transnationale de l’art (XVIII^e­‐XIX^e siècles), organizzato dalla École française de Rome con il supporto della Bibliotheca Hertziana - Istituto Max Planck per la storia dell'arte. A un anno dall’inizio del programma di ricerca Lettres d’artiste, questo seminario si propone di fare il punto sulle ricerche in corso nel quadro del programma, analizzando i primi risultati e affrontando le questioni metodologiche ancora aperte circa il censimento, la schedatura, il trattamento informatico e l’analisi degli epistolari artistici tra Sette e Ottocento.

  Abraham Ibn Ezra, un savant à la croisée des cultures arabe, hébraïque et latine du XIIe siècle

  In the middle of the eighth century, with the completion of the Islamic conquest of the eastern, northern and part of the western shores of the Mediterranean, Jews managed to successfully integrate into the ruling society without losing their religious and national identity. They willingly adopted the Arabic language, spoke Arabic fluently, wrote Arabic in Hebrew letters (Judeo-Arabic), and employed Arabic in the composition of their literary works. The twelfth century witnessed a cultural phenomenon that saw Jewish scholars gradually abandon the Arabic language and adopt Hebrew, previously used almost exclusively for religious and liturgical purposes, for the first time as a vehicle for the expression of secular and scientific ideas.

  Travailler sur / avec les archives et l'écrit en anthropologie et en études littéraires

  Perspectives sur le monde swahili

  This theme is intended to reflect the rapprochement of the research objects and theoretical perspectives of anthropology and literary studies. This rapprochement offers opportunities to discuss commonalities and differences in how archives and texts are explored and analysed. It also intends to interrogate the relations between the written word and orality and performance. As historians and philologists working on Arabic and Swahili manuscripts have demonstrated, due to early Islamization and the preservation of documents, the Swahili world is characterized by the pervasiveness of the written word. As a result it is a particularly relevant site in which to engage in such theoretical and epistemological reflections.

  Literature and Society in Central Asia

  En se concentrant sur les défis sociétaux tels qu’ils se reflètent dans la production littéraire centre-asiatique, cette demi-journée propose d’apporter des réponses, mais aussi de nouvelles formes de questionnements sur la façon dont les différentes sociétés et les populations de cette aire ont dépeint leur propre cheminement historique au cours des siècles. Tout en cherchant à étudier la façon dont on pouvait user de la littérature comme d’une source historiographique, et tout en essayant d’évaluer le niveau d’intrication de la littérature avec la société qui la produit, les intervenants accorderont une attention spécifique à la question des relations entre culture et pouvoir. La période abordée s’étend du XV^e siècle jusqu’ aux années 1990, à partir de la fin de l’époque médiévale, lorsque « la renaissance timouride » livrait les plus belles heures de l’incessante symbiose turco-persane, pour s’achever avec la perestroïka envisagée du point de vue de la littérature kirghize.

  Common Experiences, Common Desires ? Tracing an Intellectual History between China and Africa

  Conférence ANR Espaces de la culture chinoise en Afrique (EsCA)

  In his 1954 presentation to dignitaries from across Asia and Africa, Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai acknowledged the differences between the two cultural spheres; nevertheless, Zhou stressed, a more important factor in all future relations should be the “common experiences and desires” of people from across the two continents to create a new world from the ashes of war and colonialism. Building on Zhou’s insight into commonalities of experience, this presentation will trace the cultural intersections that have existed between China and African since the 1920s.

  Centrada en el tema de las fuentes, nuestra propuesta para los dos años (2012/2013) quedaría orientada mediante las siguientes pistas de estudio que, como caracteriza a nuestra asociación, pueden inscribirse en el ámbito hispano de los dos lados del Atlántico : relación entre periodismo y fuentes en una perspectiva diacrónica ; información y opinión pública ; escrituras y géneros periodísticos ; lenguajes para crear, narrar e inventar.
