  Craft, design and creativity: between tradition and contemporaneity

  Ce cinquième colloque organisé par le réseau Crea2S propose d’interroger la création et la créativité, quand celles-ci viennent revisiter l’artisanat et questionnent le rôle joué par le design dans les mutations en cours. Il s’agit de prolonger les débats initiés depuis 2014 sur les injonctions à la créativité en analysant ce qui se joue autour de celles-ci, au-delà des seuls enjeux économiques et culturels. Nous proposons de décrypter le renouvellement des problématiques liées à l’artisanat, au design et plus généralement aux activités de création dans les industries créatives, ainsi que les représentations, les pratiques et les enjeux associés.

  Managerial innovations: Stakes and Prospects

  Innovation is at the heart of European policies, particularly since the Lisbon process. Then the European Union tried to strengthen its international competitiveness by setting up a “Europe of knowledge”. Innovation has become an imperative and the governments have implemented specific policies for targeted incentives. The scientific production about this topic has been developed. The conference propose both to continue the questioning about managerial innovations whose conceptual contours are now clearer and in better approached, and to share some analysis of systems implemented in different countries to facilitate their emergence and transmission. It is also to examine the conditions of implementation of managerial innovations adapted to public and non-profit sectors.

  Public Services, Public Enterprises: What role is left for the Citizens?

  Le colloque proposé s’inscrit dans une réflexion essentielle du management public portant sur l’efficacité et l’efficience des entreprises et services publics et sur leur qualité. Son objet est plus précisément d’illustrer les débats récents, en particulier à partir du cas bulgare, plus de vingt ans après le début des réformes du secteur public en Europe centrale et orientale et quinze ans après le début des réformes administratives. Il s’agit également d’échanger sur d’autres contextes, expériences, réformes et réalisations européennes pour argumenter et comparer. Sont attendus spécialistes mais aussi acteurs des services et entreprises publics.

  The main objective of the Second Annual Conference of BSF is by identifying the common and specific problems in the contemporary development of Balkan countries, to contribute to a better understanding of our own society, and to the development of sociology as a cognitive solution to the contextual problems, a solution based on adequate theoretical and methodological tools.The discussions will be organized around the following thematic centers:• The Contemporary Economic Crisis: Political Solutions, Technological Answers, Individual Strategies;• Mobility and Social Inequalities;• Global Social Order, States, Citizens;• Transformations of Identities and Social Relationships in the Balkans;• National Sociological Traditions and the Sociologist’s Vocation Today.
