  Ce colloque a pour ambition d’interroger et de préciser la notion d’ « habiter la montagne » à partir d’apports théoriques et pratiques relevant de territoires alpins et/ou de montagne. Il propose d’examiner les réponses développées par les habitants permanents ou temporaires et les initiatives juridiques, économiques, sociales, environnementale et culturelles déployées de manière individuelle ou collective face à ces contraintes. L’appel est ouvert à la géographie, à l’aménagement, à l’urbanisme, à la sociologie, à l’histoire, à l’anthropologie, à l’économie, au droit…

  La gestion publique à l’épreuve des tourments de l’opinion

  Le séminaire est l'espace d'expression francophone au sein de la plus grande société académique européenne d'administration et de management publics (Groupe européen pour l'administration publique, GEAP-EGPA). Il interroge cette année l'impact sur la gestion publique francophone des moments de rupture et des idées radicales s'imposant dans l'espace public. Quel lot de changements apporte aux organisations publiques ce flot accéléré des événements ? Qu'est-ce que cela nous apprend sur la confiance des citoyens, la bonne gouvernance et la prestation des services publics ? Quelles relations aux citoyens pour les administrations et leurs managers ? En quoi les réponses des administrations du monde francophone et du modèle napoléonien sont-elles spécifiques ? Devons-nous réinterroger nos recherches et nos modèles, chercher des points d'inflexion et des interprétations nouvelles ?

  ¿Se han preguntado alguna vez los visitantes cómo los museos adquieren las cosas maravillosas que presentan al público curioso? Ciertamente algunos lo hacen, pero ¿cuántos perciben al museo como un depredador? ¿Cuántos reconocerían la actividad museística de adquirir las colecciones valiosas exhibidas como el resultado de una empresa depredadora? Es cierto que los museos son destinatarios exigentes pero deseosos de las donaciones ofrecidas por personas que cruzan su umbral y que desean donar o legar sus posesiones preciadas a los museos locales.

  The 5th STS Italia Conference will be held in Milan, Italy, June 12 through 14, 2014, by the Italian Society of Science and Technology Studies, in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano Doctoral School in Design. The conference is an opportunity to present empirical and theoretical work from a variety of disciplines and fields (sociology, anthropology, law, philosophy, design, psychology, semiotics, history, and economics, etc.). It focuses on diverse aspects of the social study of innovation processes, technology, science and design. The 5th STS Italia Conference theme is design processes.

  The 2013 conference theme, "States in Crisis," is an opportunity to ask and answer a broad range of questions about the contemporary state, from its role in and reactions to economic and fiscal crises to the way in which its contours have or have not adapted and changed in concert with the modern economy to its place as a bulwark against or a catalyst for the construction of more market-driven societies. Within the well-established remit of SASE, participants are invited to submit theoretical and empirical contributions, at multiple levels of analysis from the local to the global, drawing from multi-disciplinary socio-economic frameworks.

  La radio : mass media démocratique ?

  Importance de la radio dans la société de la communication

  Quelle place conserve la radio au sein des moyens de communication de masse. Face à la concentration, aux oligopoles, la radio, par ses spécificités est-elle un média plus démocratique que les autres et peut-elle encore être à même de porter des projets constructifs autour de la culture et de la démocratie. Comment construire ces projets, les développer en Italie, en Europe et à travers le monde ? Quelles synergies, quelles collaborations sont envisageables pour qu'un autre monde médiatique et que d'autres paysages radiophoniques soient possibles. Tels seront les questions et les axes de ce colloque international organisé par la radio libre historique de Milan : Radio Popolare. Un colloque auquel le réseau IREN s'associe et apporte son soutien.
