  Lusophone mobilities: between past and present, which future?

  6th Conference of the Portuguese Association of Anthropology - panel T047

  This panel is meant to discuss these migrating populations’ mobility procedures in lusophone countries, while seeking to construct through the different presentations a broaden mosaic of reflexions about when and how these populations have moved, and how they have used and instrumentalized the "imagined" and politically constructed idea of a "lusophone community".

  Digital Scholarship Workshop

  Call for participation

  The Digital Scholarship Workshop (DSW) aims at offering to early stage researchers and tenured faculty the opportunity to learn how to use in a more effective way digital media to produce and disseminate research. The DSW will help participants in identifying an online repertoire suited for their specific needs and goals and at enabling researchers of different backgrounds to effectively integrate social media applications into their research activities and professional development strategies.

  Seminários do núcleo de estudos sobre ciência, economia e sociedade (NECES)

  Como se investiga o conhecimento? Esta é uma questão central para os estudos da ciência. Durante 2011, uma série de palestras e workshops serão levados a cabo no Centro de Estudos Sociais, organizado pelo Núcleo de Estudos sobre Ciência, Economia e Sociedade, relacionados com as tendências de investigação em curso nos estudos da ciência e na sua intersecção com campos de investigação como saúde, meio ambiente, os seus públicos-alvo e suas diferenciadas implicações sociais.
