  What is global / transnational law? An approach through methods

  "Global law / transnational law" (ENS Ulm, FMSH, IUF)

  La transformation majeure du droit contemporain – sa globalisation ou transnationalisation - a fait naitre un débat mondial. Cependant, aucune réponse ne s’est imposée à la question de la définition du droit global / transnational. Est t’il possible de renouveler ce questionnement en examinant concrètement les pratiques actuelles de recherche sur la globalisation / transnationalisation du droit et en donnant ainsi une définition « réflexive » du droit global / transnational ? Autrement dit, est-il possible de décrire simplement les parcours de chercheurs sur la globalisation du droit pour tenter de discerner des similitudes quant à leurs objets, catégories, etc. ?
