  Steering Innovation in Communication Infrastructures

  The interaction between technological innovation and governance of communication infrastructures — the essence of the “guiding star”, as suggested by the title — constitutes the theme of the conference in February 2020. We wish to explore how innovation was steered by postal and telecommunication companies, as well as by other public and private players in the field of communication infrastructures: enterprises, governments, professional and state organizations, the users.

  Principles, configurations and models, 19th-20th centuries

  Le temps de la controverse est propice à un retour aux principes fondateurs. Alors que s’enchaînent depuis des dizaines d’années les modalités de réformes de l’université française, émerge de façon souvent polémique la question des « modèles universitaires ». Ce colloque international et interdisciplinaire aura lieu à Nancy en octobre prochain. Le programme et le formulaire d'inscription en ligne (ouvertes) sont disponibles. Co-organisé par les Archives Henri Poincaré et la MSH Lorraine, il se situe dans le cadre des travaux de recherche de l'axe 6 Sciences et cognition de la MSH, et plus précisément le projet HISE « Institutions scientifiques et éducatives : recherches socio-historiques et comparaisons internationales ».
