  Doctoral study day at the Association française de l'histoire des mondes du travail (AFHMT)

  Cette journée d'étude portera sur la question de l’écriture du travail. Elle s’inscrit dans une actualité politique, sociale et historiographique qui donne une acuité particulière à cette question. Le succès d’ouvrages de travailleurs et/ou sur les travailleurs, à l’instar de Joseph Ponthus, À la ligne, montre la diversification des écritures sur le travail à l’épreuve de ses formes les plus contemporaines, comme le développement de l’intérim. Cette journée d’étude accueillera prioritairement mais non exclusivement, et sur toutes les périodes de l’histoire, les communications portant sur les écrits produits par les travailleurs et travailleuses eux-mêmes. Ces écritures peuvent être de nature diverse (carnets, journaux, autobiographies, romans, écrits collectifs…) et revêtir des objectifs eux-mêmes variés, qu’il s’agisse d’écrits à vocation de témoignage, ou d’entreprises de nature philosophique, anthropologique, voire politique, et que leurs auteur.e.s aient cherché à publier ou non.

  Thinking and conducting the transformation of work

  The contribution of the ergological approach and the works of Yves Schwartz

  The ergological approach intends to the co-production of knowledge with the aim of transforming work and more generally the social life. As stated by the scientific project of the Workshop, “the ergological approach, in its history and in its issues, is a priori a subject of interest for everyone, each exploring in its own way the intricacies of human life, but also anyone who wants to think about its own activity and that of others, to reconsider the ways of doing and taking action, of opening new perspectives in ways of working, acting and living”. Yet this approach, which is particularly needed nowadays, is insufficiently known and sometimes considered complex. This is the state of play at the origin of this international workshop for which this call for papers is published.

  Paul Lafargue, one hundred years after his death

  Une journée d'études se tiendra à Strasbourg le 1er décembre 2011 pour commémorer le centenaire de la disparition de Paul Lafargue, repenser sa contribution à l'histoire de mouvement ouvrier français et international, réévaluer son œuvre de théoricien du marxisme, et réinterpréter son activité de pamphlétaire et de journaliste. Des contributions sont souhaitées de la part d'historiens, mais aussi de collègues et chercheurs issus des études littéraires, économiques ou philosophiques.
