  Local-ness through the prism of ecological transition

  La recherche « le local au prisme de la transition écologique » vise à saisir « par le bas » la notion de « local » en portant l’attention sur les processus de reterritorialisation des activités portés par la transition écologique (TE). Elle consiste à identifier et donner à voir à la fois les liens de proximité que ces activités tissent et les interrelations qu’elles introduisent entre acteurs à différentes échelles. Cette recherche s’appuie dans un premier temps sur le recensement et la cartographie des activités TE productives et de service, publiques, privées et associatives au sein de territoires préalablement sélectionnés. Par exemple : circuits courts alimentaires ou énergétiques, filières de matériaux bio-sourcés, organisations liées à l’économie sociale et solidaire (protection de l'environnement, lutte contre l'exclusion, santé).

  L'objet du colloque est d'interroger les enjeux de la transition économique dans la transformation des territoires ruraux dans une optique transcalaire : de l'échelle architecturale à celle des territoires. Aujourd'hui, la pensée de l'aménagement est globalement dominée par le système de pensée économique néolibéral, lié à l'idée de croissance comme réponse incontournable à l'amélioration du cadre de vie des hommes. Ainsi, les sociétés des pays dits développés ont-elles associé leur établissement à des logiques économiques favorisant la consommation et la surproduction. Elle a notamment engendrée les problèmes écologiques d'échelle planétaire que nous connaissons à présent, tels que : perte de la biodiversité, réchauffement climatique, amenuisement des ressources, crises agricole et alimentaire, etc.

  The aim of this call for papers is to elicit experiences and/or analyses of the beginning or end of tourism, as well as interpretations of the end of the differentiation between the tourist and ordinary worlds which we are currently observing. Comparisons and attempts at modelling will be welcome. The papers may be proposed by researchers, practitioners or associations and may be jointly authored. They must deal with one of the three topics described below, which are to be the subject of three successive seminars.

  Following the study days dedicated to “architectural and town planning professions faced with the involvement of residents and users” in 2012 and “sustainable town planning and architecture know-how and models” in 2013, the aim of the Ramau 2014 conferences is to concentrate on the relations between sustainability and “management” in the field of urban development and architecture. The incorporation of sustainable development in architectural, urban and landscaping operations seems to have the effect of increasing the concern for management logic in the project process.

Este projecto de investigação tem como instituição de acolhimento o Instituto Superior Técnico (CESUR/IST/UTL e ICIST/IST/UTL) e como entidades parceiras o ISCTE-IUL (DINÂMIA’CET-IUL) e o Instituto Superior de Agronomia (CEABN/ISA/UTL).
