Depuis près de 20 ans, les nouvelles technologies (ordinateurs, smartphones) permettent aux populations de créer, consulter des sites, de s’inscrire sur des médias sociaux, d’y publier tant des supports textuels qu’audio-visuels. Les NTIC se présentent ici comme des outils de dialogue et d’expression de soi (Georges 2009, de Fina et al. 2006) dont les minorités culturelles se sont emparées pour promouvoir leur singularité et revendiquer des droits localement et avec leur diaspora dans un mouvement d’ « extraversion culturelle » (Hassane, 2010). Journée organisée dans le cadre du programme MINWEB.

Men and masculinities in women's emancipation movements (1960-1990)
Men's commitment to women's emancipation is a very innovative subject in historical as well as sociological research. This panel is aimed at presenting the current research of various disciplines concerning: representations of men and masculinities in feminist discourses ; male feminist consciousness raising ; male participation in feminist movements – from the 1960s until the 1980s, without geographical limitation.
