  VIIIe semaine internationale de sociologie

  Du lundi 12 au jeudi 15 mars 2018 se tiendra la VIII^e semaine internationale de sociologie sur « l'Allemagne dans l'Europe ». Sept conférences de sociologues, de germanistes, d'une historienne, d'un anthropologue et d'une politiste éclaireront la position aujourd'hui centrale de l'Allemagne dans une Europe en mutation. Suivies de débats et de moments d'échanges conviviaux, ces interventions pluridisciplinaires et comparatistes invitent à mettre en perspective une Allemagne au coeur de multiples enjeux contemporains, politiques, économiques et sociaux de l'Europe.

  The origins of French politics

  Les Archives nationales et l’université Sorbonne Nouvelle-Paris 3 organisent une première journée d’étude consacrée à la politique cinématographique française de l’entre-deux-guerres à la création du ministère de la Culture en 1959. Cet événement constitue l’aboutissement d’un projet de recherche mené durant l’année universitaire 2015-2016 avec un groupe d’étudiants inscrits en master dans le séminaire « Face aux archives » du département cinéma et audiovisuel de l’université Sorbonne Nouvelle-Paris 3 (UFR arts et médias).

  Repetition/s: Performance and Philosophy in Ljubljana

  Contemporary developments in the increasingly intertwined fields of philosophy and performance call for a renewed inquiry into the question of repetition. With its unique critique of ideology arising from a synthesis of German Idealism and Lacanian psychoanalysis, the Ljubljana School (Dolar, Zupančič, Žižek et al.) continues to furnish important theorisations of repetition and performance as they pertain to subjectivity and the political. One of the primary aims of “Repetition/s” will be to investigate and develop the usefulness of the Ljubljana School’s theorisations for the emerging field of Performance Philosophy.
