En matière de responsabilités sociales, « l’entreprise peut sembler représenter une partie du problème, mais elle doit aussi être une partie de la solution. Qu’elles soient de grande ou de petite dimension, les entreprises sont des acteurs cruciaux du paysage social en Europe et des parties prenantes des responsabilités sociales partagées en question. Il est vital qu’elles aussi soient impliquées dans les processus de délibération collective, de mobilisation et de résolution des problèmes dont découlera un sentiment collectif de responsabilité sociale » (Hall et Taylor, 2012).

Le couple loyauté / trahison n'apparaît guère dans le vocabulaire actuel. Les débats politiques et les discussions théoriques sur le « vivre ensemble » s'appuient davantage aujourd'hui sur les idées d'appartenance et de communauté, de pluralisme et de tolérance, d'identité et de reconnaissance. Le retrait de la loyauté et de la trahison politiques est-il avéré, ou s'agit-il d'une question de point de vue, qu'un changement de perspective pourrait infirmer ? Telle est notre interrogation.

Methodological and Theoretical Considerations
ISA47 is launching a new journal "Social Movements and Change". Philipp Altmann, Deniz Günce Demirhisar and Jacob Mwathi Mati are organizing a special edition on "Social Movements of the Global South – Methodological and Theoretical Considerations". Their aim is to "bring together research on social movements worldwide that break with the Eurocentric bias of social movement theory and try to develop both theories and methodologies apt to understand action, discourse or outcomes of social movements in the Global South".

La question berbère depuis 1962
Amnésie, renaissance, soulèvements
Ce colloque international se situe au croisement des réflexions aiguisées par les derniers rebondissements de la question berbère (ou amazighe) dans le Nord-Ouest de l'Afrique et dans l'espace méditerranéen : face aux soulèvements populaires de 2011 notamment, aux manifestations, aux revendications et aux acquis du mouvement amazighe, nul n’ignore plus la force d’un mouvement porté par 20 à 30 millions de Berbérophones. Les repères identitaires et culturels de la population sont un objet essentiel de la reconfiguration en cours ou à venir du Maghreb au Sahel. Le colloque cherchera à aborder sous tous ses angles possibles la question berbère, dans une perspective interdisciplinaire.

Canadian Studies Review n°78 (June 2015)
This special issue of Etudes Canadiennes/Canadian Studies intends to explore what’s new in Canada, nine years after the coming to power of the Conservatives, four years after Stephen Harper won the election that gave him a majority government, and at a time when Canada is getting ready for the next federal election. While the contributions are expected to focus on the Conservative initiatives to shape this new Canada, they will also be encouraged to compare them with other societal and global factors that may contribute to a changing Canada.

Integrated management territories in coastal zones (GIZC)
La gestion intégrée des zones côtières constitue une méthode pour gérer l'epace terre / mer et coordonner les interventions des divers acteurs. Avec la politique maritime intégrée (PMI) l'Union européenne a engagé depuis 2006 une nouvelle orientation, intégrant la GIZC. L'effectivité de la GIZC est posée, notamment au regard des territoires d'intervention. Le colloque vise, dans une démarche pluridisciplinaire à identifier l'intérêt et les limites de la GIZC dans le cadre de la PMI et des autres politiques publiques développées au carrefour des espaces terre / mer. Les perspectives d'évolution des interventions de l' État comme des collectivités territoriales permettent de caractériser les enjeux que représente la GIC.

Referendums and the European democratic ideal
There has most definitely been a renewed interest in referendums in Europe. Over time, some countries such as Switzerland have fully integrated this form of popular ballot into their political practises while others, having scarcely used them in the past, are turning to them more and more. Given that the absolute purity of referendums contrasts sharply with the imperfections of representative democracy, they are often considered to be the impassable horizon of the democratic ideal. In this sense, they can be considered to be the essential expression of democratic will. Yet referendums are more frequently referred to in political discourse than they are actually put into use. -

Public teleservices and the modernisation of administrative relationships
Le téléservice s'entend comme « tout système d’information permettant aux usagers de procéder par voie électronique à des démarches ou formalités administratives ». Cette définition légale ne traduit que partiellement la spécificité des téléservices administratifs. En dépit des approximations qui accompagnent son usage, la référence aux téléservices irrigue les discours des pouvoirs publics dans le double objectif de développer l’administration électronique et d’améliorer les relations entre l’administration et les administrés. Dès lors, l’institution de téléservices publics, variés et divers, soulève plusieurs séries d’interrogations depuis l’identification de leur régime juridique jusqu'aux enjeux relatifs à la protection des données à caractère personnel.
