  The rural worlds in politics - what specificities? Comparative perspectives

  L'objectif de ce colloque est de remettre sur l’établi quelques objets centraux des sciences sociales du politique (participation politique, militantisme, politiques publiques) à la lumière des mondes ruraux et dans une démarche comparative, afin de progresser dans la compréhension de ces objets tout en interrogeant les spécificités de ces espaces. Le projet collectif qui sous-tend cet appel à communication entend confronter les approches et les terrains d’enquête. Résumé dans ce sous-titre de « Regards Croisés », ce colloque est ouvert à toutes les disciplines de sciences sociales et attend vos propositions sur des terrains ruraux français et étrangers.

  Revue internationale d'urbanisme issue 5

  Le numéro 5 de la Revue internationale d’urbanisme sera consacré à « L’urbanisme au prisme de la transition énergétique ». Ce numéro vise à rassembler des travaux et des réflexions qui portent sur les changements à l’œuvre etinterrogent les manières dont l’impératif de transition énergétique « est transformé par » et « transforme » l’urbanisme. Les auteurs ont jusqu’au 15 juin pour exprimer une manifestation d’intérêt. Les articles peuvent être soumis jusqu’au 31 août prochain.

  Organising and directing agricultural markets

  Between national piloting and common agricultural policy (1960s-early 1980s)

  L'organisation des marchés agricoles dans la France de l'après seconde guerre mondiale est marquée par quelques éléments connus (modernisation, cogestion, PAC) et d'autres qui le sont moins (changement à l'ONIC, rôle des sociétés d'intervention, création du FORMA, évolution des marchés internationaux). De nouvelles recherches sont nécessaires et le comité d'histoire des offices agricoles souhaite les encourager à l'occasion de ce colloque qui fait suite à celui tenu en 2012 (et édité sous le titre Organiser les marchés agricoles. Le temps des fondateurs, des années 1930 aux années 1950).

  Colonial geopolitics and local cultures in the Hellenistic and Roman East (IIIrd Century B.C. – IIIrd Century A.D.)

  Géopolitique coloniale et cultures locales dans l'Orient hellénistique et romain (IIIe siècle av. J.-C. – IIIe siècle ap. J.-C.)

  It seems clear that, in the Greek-speaking regions of the Roman Empire, Hellenistic models (civic, military or institutional) exercised considerable influence over “Italic” colonial projects. Within this field, relations between military colonists and indigenous peoples demand special attention, considering the degree of social, cultural, economic, political and geopolitical transformation brought about by the installation of certain groups upon those lands as a result of the will of the great power(s) that ruled over them. As for the Roman colonization, modern scholars have often described Roman colonies as vectors of Romanization inserted in alien lands, writing that these communities must have functioned as images of a “small Rome.” While the existence of Latin-speaking colonists ruled by a favorable juridical system such as the Ius Italicum cannot be denied, such a reductionist model can no longer be accepted without qualification, especially in the context of the Greek-speaking provinces of the Roman East. The regions of the Eastern Mediterranean world saw the coming of a number of groups of Roman colonists and thus their cultural climate, their agrarian structures and their geopolitical environment changed. The aim of this panel is to explore new research paths based on broader studies in time and space.
