  Neo-Thomism in Action

  Law and Society reshaped by Neo-Scholastic Philosophy, 1880-1960

  This workshop aims to provide an opportunity for an explicitly international audience of scholars to reflect on the societal impact of Neo-Thomism, especially in the domains of law and socio-economic thinking. This is a topic deserving a multifaceted and in-depth analysis, using a broad, international comparative perspective and combining the results of very different fields of historical research: history of science, church and religion, social and political history, etc.

  Features issue of the Ethica journal

  La revue Ethica lance un appel à collaboration pour son prochain numéro varia qui paraîtra au printemps 2014. Ethica est une revue interdisciplinaire et internationale qui paraît deux fois par année et qui publie des textes contribuant au progrès de la connaissance dans les domaines de l’éthique théorique et appliquée. Publiée depuis 1989 par le Groupe de recherche Ethos de l’université du Québec à Rimouski (Canada), Ethica est une des plus anciennes revues en éthique de langue française. Elle entend favoriser le dialogue entre les chercheurs en éthique et participer aux différents débats éthiques soulevés dans la société québécoise et ailleurs.
