    Steering Innovation in Communication Infrastructures

    The interaction between technological innovation and governance of communication infrastructures — the essence of the “guiding star”, as suggested by the title — constitutes the theme of the conference in February 2020. We wish to explore how innovation was steered by postal and telecommunication companies, as well as by other public and private players in the field of communication infrastructures: enterprises, governments, professional and state organizations, the users.

    This book will aim to provide relevant theoretical frameworks and the latest empirical research findings in the area. It will be written for professionals and academics who want to improve their understanding of the strategic role of E-learning at different levels of the information and knowledge society, that is, E-learning at the level of the global economy, of networks and organizations, of teams and work groups, of information systems and, finally, E-learning at the level of individuals as actors in the networked environments.

    International channels' news, between geopolitics and economics

    Ce colloque vise à évaluer l'évolution de l’infostratégie télévisuelle contemporaine dans le contexte de trois mutations : celle de la multipolarité, de l'apparition d’acteurs privés sur la scène internationale, et de l'introduction des logiques économiques dans la diplomatie publique. Cette journée d’étude doit permettre d’interroger les enjeux stratégiques de la diffusion transnationale de l’information. Il s'agit — dans le cadre de l’information journalistique des télévisions internationales (CNN, Russia today, Al-Jazira, CNTV, etc.) — de déterminer dans quelle mesure les rapports entre le privé et le public, entre les logiques politiques et les logiques économiques, expliquent l’évolution de l’infostratégie internationale.
