  Les budgets participatifs en 2020 : la participation sans démocratie ?

  Depuis les années 2010, les budgets participatifs ont fait l’objet de peu de travaux empiriques actualisés et publiés en langue française. Le présent appel souhaite mettre en lumière et en perspective les spécificités de la vague actuelle des budgets participatifs. Nous souhaitons réunir des contributions permettant de renouveler ces études de cas, mais aussi les questionnements liés : objectifs des organisateurs, effets sur les participants, effets sur les politiques publiques, effets démocratiques.

  Submissions are invited for the fifth Foreign Language Film Conference, on the theme of Rights and Representations. In this historic setting of the American South, and in conjunction with Birmingham's 50th anniversary remembrance of the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church bombing, FLFC celebrates civil and human rights. Scholars will consider the question of civil rights in international cinematic traditions. How does film as an art and a genre represent civil rights, and human rights? What are the places of rebellion, terrorism, or non-violent resistance in forging individual freedoms, and how is this reflected in national cinematic traditions? How do international films address issues of discrimination, violence, repression, the struggle for social equality ? On the pedagogical side of the question, how do films about civil rights teach their viewers about international cultural and political traditions and movements ? How are these films incorporated into classroom discussions of global civil rights ?

  Penser incertain : les sciences sociales au risque de la démocratie patrimoniale

  Le XIXe congrès de l'Association internationale des sociologues de langue française (AISLF) se tiendra à Rabat (Maroc) du 2 au 6 juillet 2012 sur le thème « Penser l'incertain ». Le GT (groupe de travail) 14 « Institutions du patrimoine » propose de s'en saisir en considérant que l'incertitude est au principe de l'acte même de la recherche et invite dès lors à lier cette incertitude à l'incertitude patrimoniale.
