  Arabian Humanities Thematic Issue No. 15 (Spring 2021)

  This issue of Arabian Humanities proposes to offer a multidisciplinary overview of the Sultanate of Oman contemporary period by bringing together old and recent works. It will focus as much on its history as on the major social and cultural changes that have taken place in its society. The aim is to explore the different aspects that can be observed today and which contribute to a better understanding of this country over time.

  En faisant appel à des études de cas tirées de tels contextes locaux partout dans le monde, le colloque entend examiner attentivement les problématiques majeures et les principaux enjeux qui caractérisent les quartiers historiques du XXIe siècle. Pour ce faire, nous sollicitons des propositions en provenance de toutes les sphères de la communauté scientifique, de la sphère politique, d’administrateurs municipaux et de représentants de groupes associatifs, nommément associations de commerçants et de citoyens.
