  Droit et justice research mission, calls for projects 2020

  À partir des années 1990-2000, une justice de l’environnement commence à se constituer. Les années 2010 opèrent une nouvelle accélération du mouvement. Les travaux réalisés depuis les années 2000, juridiques pour l’essentiel, n’ont pas manqué de s’emparer de ce contexte foisonnant. Les juristes se sont, dans un premier temps, attachés à analyser les règles de fond, les concepts et les principes à l’œuvre en matière de droit de l’environnement ; à questionner l’effectivité et l’ineffectivité de telle ou telle procédure, telle ou telle norme. À mesure que les atteintes à l’environnement devenaient une préoccupation commune de l’humanité, ils se sont saisis, dans un second temps, des procédures, des contentieux et de la justice. Cet appel à projets a pour objectif d’analyser les relations entre justice, en tant qu’institution et en tant que principe moral, et écologie en tant que principe relationnel politique, économique et social.

  Labels in the field of cultural and natural heritage

  Created in the 60s, the label's use for cultural and natural heritage has increased dramatically for several years, specially in France. Inherited from the marketing and trade world, the use of labels for cultural and natural heritage illustrates the expansion of heritage's conception to new artefacts and new cultural properties, in an anthropological meaning. Some recent studies on the cultural and natural heritage labels  insist on the economic benefits for development of territories. But the legal and institutional dimensions of labels in heritage have been ignored. The goal  of the symposium is to define and precise the purposes and the caracteristics of labels in the field of heritage.
