  Congrès 2018 de l' Association française des enseignants-chercheurs en cinéma et audiovisuel (Afeccav)

  Ce congrès a pour ambition, non seulement de proposer un bilan sur la configuration et les contours de l’audiovisuel européen – des cinémas d’Europe –, sur son histoire, son esthétique, les pratiques sociales, culturelles, économiques qui lui donnent corps, mais aussi de lui adresser de nouvelles questions.

  The Price of Peace: Modernising the Ancien Régime?

  Europe 1815-1848

  In many historiographic traditions, the so-called "Restoration" has been depicted as an awkward interval between the Napoleonic Wars and the age of nationalism. This international conference has the ambition of breaking down old myths and stereotypes about the ‘Restoration’ in order to think more broadly and openly about the key transitions and issues. The conference will revolve around the provocative historiographical issue of whether the post-Napoleonic order represented an attempt to reconcile the heritage of the Ancien Régime with a deeply transformed world. Topics explored by panels of invited experts from across Europe will include Rethinking the "Restoration", New departures in international relations, Constitutions vs. Charters, Rebirth of composite monarchies, Before and Beyond the Nation, Historicising the Ancien Régime?, New borders and old identities.

  A Revista História e Cultura, publicação eletrônica do corpo discente da Faculdade de História da Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP (Franca), abre chamada pública para a submissão de artigos para o dossiê temático 'História e Literatura no Século XIX'. O dossiê privilegia textos de caráter interdisciplinar e que tenham por interesse o estudo das relações entre produção literária e contexto histórico no século XIX. A temática poderá ser abordada em eixos complementares, mais particularmente, História Literária; História e Elites Intelectuais; História, Poder e Cultura Letrada; Literatura Épica e História; Literatura e Projetos de Construção da Nação; Identidade Nacional na Literatura e Momento Histórico; Nacionalismo Literário e História; Revistas Políticas.
