  Pour accéder aux sources manuscrites en langue allemande, l'étude de la paléographie allemande est une étape obligatoire mais parfois rédhibitoire. Afin d'aider les étudiant·e·s et les jeunes chercheurs et chercheuses de surmonter leurs difficultés, l'Institut historique allemand propose un atelier sur deux jours qui donne un aperçu général de l'évolution de l'écriture allemande, de 1800 à nos jours. L'atelier sera consacré à la lecture de sources choisies du XIX^e et du XX^e siècle.

  Das Langzeitvorhaben „Formulae-Litterae-Chartae“ richtet am 11. und 12. November 2019 in Hamburg den Workshop „Digitales Arbeiten mit Formeln, Urkunden und Briefen – Datenbanken und Analysetools aus Entwickler- und Nutzerperspektive“ aus. Um neben den geladenen Gästen auch Nachwuchswissenschaftlern die Möglichkeit zur Teilnahme zu geben, bietet das Langzeitvorhaben bis zu drei Stipendien für Promovierende aus dem In- und Ausland an.

  The sources of international relations between the political centres of Europe and the Mediterranean (800–1600)

  Letters - Acts - Treaties

  The 15^th International Congress of Diplomatics organized by the Commission internationale de diplomatique, which is being held between the 4th and 6th of October at Leipzig, studies the diplomatic characteristics of medieval and early modern charters and the related documentation being used in “international” and interreligious diplomacy. The main objective of the conference is to analyse the "international" and interreligious repertoire of types and forms of the documents as well as their regional specific characteristics. Special attention will be dedicated to the different stages of tradition and the consequences for historical interpretation focussing on the internal and external characteristics of the diplomatic documentation.
