  Scientific challenges in social feeding studies: conflicts over healthy diet

  III Spanish Congress of Sociology of Food

  The Third Spanish Conference on the Sociology of Food will take place in Gijón (Asturias) on the 27 and 28 September 2018. The event is part of the activities of the Research Committees (CI) of the Spanish Federation of Sociology (FES), which includes the Sociology of Food Research Committee. This group brings together researchers into food and eating at the intersection of health, culture, consumption, policy, and agricultural systems.

  Transferencias culturales España-Francia

  La jornada internacional pretende promover una reflexión general sobre las transferencias culturales entre España y Francia durante la época contemporánea. Desde diferentes perspectivas y campos (Historia, Arte, Sociología, Antropología, Estudios Literarios, Filología…) se planteará en primer lugar un estado de la cuestión y, a continuación, se propiciará un debate interdisciplinar que enriquezca nuestro conocimiento sobre las relaciones culturales entre estos países vecinos.
