Application Deadline: January 15, 2011
These grants support travel to the United States for research purposes and are available to European scholars, regardless of affiliation, whose research projects concern American art or transatlantic artistic relations prior to 1980. Three predoctoral grants of $5,000 and three postdoctoral grants of $7,500 (for researchers who have been awarded their doctorate within the past ten years) are awarded annually.
