Présentation
Le séminaire de théorie du droit consacré aux théories du droit global vise à dresser le panorama des approches théoriques contemporaines qui cherchent à mettre en évidence la formation actuelle d'un droit aux dimensions du monde.
Le séminaire examinera notamment les théories du constituionnalisme global, du droit administratif global (GAL), du pluralisme ordonné ainsi que les théories systémiques (Luhmann, Teubner), les théories du Sud (De Sousa Santos) et les théories critiques.
Le séminaire se tient de 16h à 18h.
