Présentation
Le Groupe de recherches international junior part du constat que la notion actuelle d’« objet » en tant que chose matérielle, limitée dans l’espace, et liée à une fonction, n’a été développée qu’avec la « modernité ».
Il se donne pour but de reconstituer des conceptions et des expériences historiquement liées aux objets, et étudie pour cela en particulier les relations entre objets, images et textes.
Outre le travail à un projet de recherche propre, les tâches concernent la participation aux projets scientifiques communs du groupe et à son administration. Il est possible d’enseigner.
Les thèses des doctorant(e)s sont dirigées en principe par le directeur du groupe de recherche (en histoire de l’art). Des champs de recherche possibles sont les images qui apparaissent sur les objets, ou la représentation d’objets dans les images. D’autres projets relevant d’une science historique des objets sont bienvenus.
Pour le poste de post-doctorant/e, un projet de recherche interdisciplinaire est souhaité.

Trois postes de Collaborateurs/trices de recherche (2 doctorant/e/s, 1 post-doctorant/e) sont à pourvoir à l’Université-Ludwig-Maximilian de Munich dans le cadre du Groupe de Recherches international junior « OBJETS PRÉMODERNES. UNE ARCHÉOLOGIE DE L’EXPÉRIENCE » (Réseau d’élite de Bavière).
L’Université-Ludwig-Maximilian de Munich (LMU) est l’une des universités les plus renommées et les plus grandes d‘Allemagne.
- Très bon diplôme de fin d’études ou thèse
- Les langues de travail possibles sont l’allemand, l’anglais, le français et l’italien. L’anglais devrait être maîtrisé à un niveau académique adéquat ; pour l’allemand, des connaissances de base ainsi que la volonté d’un perfectionnement sont exigés ; une autre langue est souhaitée
- Intérêt prononcé pour la recherche interdisciplinaire et pour l'enseignement
En outre pour le poste de post-doctorant/e :
- Publications sur des thèmes pertinents
- Familiarité avec les collaborations internationales
Les postes de doctorant/e/s sont limités à deux ans pour commencer, avec l’option d’une prolongation pour une année supplémentaire.

Votre lieu de travail se trouve dans le centre de Munich et peut être rejoint facilement par les transports en commun. Nous vous proposons une activité intéressante et dotée de responsabilités, avec de bonnes possibilités de formation continue et de développement.
La possibilité d’une activité à temps partielle est donnée.
Les candidatures de personnes gravement handicapées seront préférées en présence d’aptitudes par ailleurs similaires pour l’essentiel.

Aufgaben
Die Internationale Nachwuchsforschergruppe geht von dem Befund aus, dass der heutige Begriff des „Objektes“ als materielle, räumlich begrenzte, zweckgebundene Sache erst in der „Moderne“ entwickelt wurde.
Sie macht sich zur Aufgabe, historische Objektkonzeptionen bzw. Objekterfahrungen zu rekonstruieren und untersucht dafür insbesondere die Beziehungen zwischen Objekten, Bildern und Texten.
Die Aufgaben betreffen neben der Durchführung des eigenen Forschungsvorhabens die Beteiligung an gemeinschaftlichen wissenschaftlichen Projekten der Gruppe und an ihrer Selbstverwaltung. Die Möglichkeit zur Lehre ist gegeben.
Die Promotionen der Doktorand/inn/en werden in der Regel vom Leiter der Internationalen Nachwuchsforschergruppe (im Fach Kunstgeschichte) betreut. Mögliche Forschungsfelder sind die bildliche Gestaltung oder die Abbildung von Objekten. Auch andere objektwissenschaftliche Projekte sind willkommen.
Für die Postdoc-Stelle ist ein fächerübergreifendes Forschungs-Vorhaben erwünscht.
Anforderungen
- Sehr guter Hochschulabschluss bzw. sehr gut abgeschlossene Promotion
- Die möglichen Arbeitssprachen sind deutsch, englisch, französisch und italienisch. Englisch sollte auf einem akademisch adäquaten Niveau beherrscht werden; für Deutsch sind Grundkenntnisse erforderlich und die Bereitschaft zur Perfektionierung; eine weitere Sprache ist erwünscht
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an der interdisziplinären Forschung und Lehre
Außerdem für die Stelle als Post-Doktorand/in:
- Publikationen zu relevanten Themen
- Vertrautheit mit internationaler Zusammenarbeit
Die Stellen als Doktorand/inn/en sind zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet mit der Option auf Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr.

Im Rahmen der Internationalen Nachwuchsforschergruppe „VORMODERNE OBJEKTE. EINE ARCHÄOLOGIE DER ERFAHRUNG“ (Elitenetzwerk Bayern) sind an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München die Stellen dreier wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter/innen (2 Doktorand/inen und 1 Post-Doktorand/in) zu besetzen.

Presentation
The International Junior Research Group bases its approach on the idea that our concept of the “object” formed only recently: it was not until “Modernity” that its features came to be defined as material, spatially confined, and closely connected to a purpose.
The group’s intention is to engage in reconstructing pre-modern conceptions of objecthood and experiences with objects. Key approaches and research fields are the relationship of objects, images and texts.
The positions are intended for excellent young scholars to pursue their research project as well as to contribute to the scientific and organizational activities of the research group. The possibility for teaching will also be available.
PhD Candidates: The advisor of the PhD is normally the leader of the Research Group (in Art History). Possible research fields are the ornamenting of objects through images or the representation of objects in various contexts. Other projects on the history of objects are also welcome.
Post-Doc: An interdisciplinary research project is required.
Requirements
- An MA degree / a PhD degree of high standing
- The possible working languages are German, English, French and Italian. English should be mastered at a proficient academic level; basic knowledge of German and the desire to improve will be necessary; one additional language will also be required
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary research and teaching
Furthermore for the position as Post-Doc:
- Publications on pertinent topics
- Familiarity with international collaboration
PhD Candidates: The positions are limited to a period of 2 years with the option of an extension for a further year.
Post-Doc: The position is limited to a period of 1 year with the option of an extension for a further year.
