Cette aide à la mobilité est destinée à réaliser des travaux de recherche en France : enquêtes de terrain, travail en bibliothèques et archives. Modalités financières

Une aide de 2 000 euros est attribuée pour le séjour et les frais de voyage pris en charge. En outre, la FMSH et le Centre universitaire de Norvège à Paris (CUNP) assurent un soutien scientifique et logistique (aide pour trouver un logement, lettres pour les bibliothèques, etc.).

Critères d’éligibilité

Nationalité/résidence : Pour pouvoir présenter leur candidature, les chercheurs doivent être ressortissants norvégiens et être rattachés à un établissement d'enseignement supérieur de recherche / institut de recherche privé ou public en Norvège ;Diplôme/statut : Etre post doctorant en SHS et avoir soutenu sa thèse à partir de 2012. Il n’y a pas de limite d’âge.Discipline : Les candidats doivent être engagés dans des recherches en sciences humaines et sociales (anthropologie, études littéraires et artistiques, histoire, géographie, philosophie, sciences politiques, sociologie, archéologie etc.) ;Langue : Maîtriser le français ou l’anglais en fonction du projet proposé.Institution d’accueil : Les candidats doivent trouver une institution de recherche française qui assurera leur accueil scientifique pendant leur séjour en France. Obligations du chercheur

Le chercheur devra remettre à la FMSH et au NFR, à l’issue de son séjour, un rapport entre 10 000 et 20 000 signes maximum (espaces et notes compris) présentant les activités réalisées pendant son séjour et leur apport pour son projet de recherche.

Dossier de candidature

Les candidats doivent soumettre un formulaire et un dossier scientifique (projet de recherche + annexes) sur une plateforme en ligne. La plateforme en ligne sera accessible à partir du 02 janvier 2018. Les candidatures complètes devront être téléchargées sur la plateforme en ligne au plus tard le 16 mars 2018, 17 :00 (heure de Paris).Le formulaire et le dossier scientifique doivent impérativement être soumis en anglais.Contenu du dossier scientifiqueLe projet de recherche : Le projet de recherche consiste en un exposé entre 10 000 et 20 000 signes (espaces et notes compris) composé obligatoirement de :

• la problématique et les objectifs du projet de recherche
• une bibliographie
• le détail du programme de séjour (lieux et institutions à visiter, contacts)

• Un CV de maximum 2 pages
• Une liste des publications
• La copie du diplôme de la thèse
• Une lettre du directeur de l’institution de rattachement dans le pays d’origine

Comment postuler

1. Rendez-vous sur la plateforme http://calls.msh-paris.fr et entrez dans l’espace « Researcher Workspace » ;

2. Identifiez-vous si vous avez déjà créé un compte, le cas échéant créez un compte ;

3. Remplissez votre profil puis cliquez sur « create a new application » ;

4. Sélectionnez l’appel : « Programme Atlas INCOMING ANNEE 2018 », puis : « FMSH-NFR : Norvège > France » ;

5. Remplissez tous les onglets d’information ;

6. Dans le dernier onglet « Documents », téléchargez sous forme d’un document électronique unique au format pdf, votre dossier de candidature qui sera composé des pièces suivantes :

• Le projet de recherche
• Un CV de maximum 2 pages
• La Liste des publications
• La Copie du diplôme de la thèse
• Une lettre du directeur de l’institution de rattachement dans le pays d’origine
• Une lettre d’invitation du directeur de l’institution de recherche d’accueil en France

7. Vous pouvez sauvegarder votre candidature sans la soumettre pour y revenir plus tard ou la soumettre définitivement. Lorsque vous aurez soumis votre candidature, vous recevrez un email de confirmation. Attention, si votre candidature n’est pas soumise, elle ne sera pas étudiée. Critères et processus de sélection

Un comité de sélection composé de membres de la FMSH, du CUNP et d’experts externes, analysera les candidatures au regard des éléments suivants :

• La qualité du dossier scientifique et de la méthodologie développée
• La pertinence de venir en France au regard du projet déposé et du parcours du candidat
• La capacité à identifier des contacts scientifiques sur place

Les chercheurs n’ayant jamais bénéficié du dispositif seront privilégiés.Les résultats seront communiqués aux candidats par mail fin avril 2018.

Financial details

Laureates will receive a total stipend of 2000 euros andtravel costs will be covered. Besides The FMSH and the Norwegian University Centre in Paris (CUNP) also provide a scientific support and help for logistics (accommodation, letters for libraries, etc.).

Eligibility criteria

Nationality:This program is open to researchers originating from Norway and affiliated with an institution of higher education and research or a public or private research institute based in Norway. Educational Degree: Applicants must have obtained their PhD doctorate and presented their thesis from 2012. There is no age limit.

Theme: Applicants must be involved in research in social and human sciences.

Language: French or English depending on the project.

French host institution: Before submitting their application, applicants will have to find a French research institution to host them for the time of their stay. Applicants will have to provide a letter from the hosting institution addressed to the FMSH and the NFR expressing the institution’s willingness to host the applicant during the time of fellowship and explaining the work conditions offered.

Researcher’s obligations

At the end of their stay, laureates will have to provide the FMSH and the NFR with a report from 10 000 to 20 000 characters (spaces and notes included) presenting the work done during their stay and the benefits for their research project.

Application procedure

Applicants will be required to submit an online application form and a scientific dossier (research project + appendices). The online application form will be available on the FMSH website as of 2^ndJanuary 2018. Completed proposals can be uploaded to the application portal at any time before the application deadline of 16 March 2018, 17:00 (Paris time).Online application and scientific dossier must be submitted in English. Content of scientific dossierThe research proposal: the research proposal should consist in a short presentation from 10 000 characters to 20 000 characters (spaces and references included) composed with:

1. State of art, problematic, objective and specific aim of the research project, methodology.
2. A bibliography
3. The detailed programme of the research stay (places and institutions to be visited, contacts, work plan).

Appendices :

• A Curriculum vitae (2 pages maximum)
• A list of publications
• A copy of the PhD diploma
• A letter from the director of the research institution in the country of origin
• A letter of invitation from the director of the host research institution in France expressing the institution’s willingness to host the applicant during the time of fellowship and explaining the work conditions they can offer

How to apply?

1. Reach the online application form and enter «Researcher Workspace».

2. You have to be registered on the online platform in order to use it. If you haven’t created an account yet, you will be asked to.

3. Create your profile by filling all your personal information and then enter “create a new application”.

4. Select “Programme Atlas incoming 2018” and then the specific call « FMSH-NFR: Norvège > France».

5. Fill all the information tabs.

6. In the “Documents” final tab, you will need to upload your research proposal and the appendices into one single PDF document:

Evaluation process and criteria

A selection committee composed with members of FMSH, CUNP and independent experts will analyse and proceed to final selection of applications regarding the following criteria:

• The quality of the scientific dossier and the methodology developed
• The relevance of a research stay in France regarding the scientific project and the candidate curricula
• The ability to identify scientific contacts in France

Candidates that have never benefited from the programme will be prioritized.Candidates will be informed by email of the results at the end of April 2018.
